Abstract

본 발명은 잉크제트 프린터 헤드에 관한 것으로서, 특히 잉크의 토출 및 토출 제어를 원활하게 할 수 있는 수단을 마련하여 고해상도의 화상획득을 가능하게 하는 잉크제트 프린터 헤드에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 잉크를 토출시켜 기록매질에 화상을 형성하는 노즐과, 공기흐름에 의한 압력차이를 발생시키기 위한 벤튜리계와, 상기 벤튜리계의 대구경부 및 소구경부의 일단과 연통부로 연결되어 있는 잉크통과, 잉크의 분출을 제어하기 위한 자기장 형성수단으로 이루어진 것에 그 특징이 있다.
이러한 구성적 특성을 지닌 본 발명의 잉크제트 프린터 헤드는 종래의 잉크제트 프린터 헤드와는 달리 헤드의 컬러화가 용이하고, 잉크의 토출 및 토출 제어를 원활하게 할 수 있어 고해상도의 화상획득을 가능하게 하므로 향후 본 발명이 적용되는 제품의 시장경쟁력에서 우월한 장점을 가지게 될 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 잉크를 토출시켜 기록매질에 화상을 형성하는 노즐(8)과, 공기흐름에 의한 압력차이를 발생시키기 위한 벤튜리계(5)와, 상기 벤튜리계(5)의 대구경부(5a) 및 소구경부(5b)의 일단과 연통부로 연결되어 있는 잉크통(7)과, 잉크의 분출을 제어하기 위한 자기장 형성수단(1a, 1b)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 프린터 헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벤튜리계(5)는 공기가 유입되는 쪽은 대구경부(5a)로, 잉크가 토출되는 쪽은 소구경부(5b)로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 프린터 헤드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기장 형성수단(1a, 1b)으로 전자석이 상기 벤튜리계(5)의 소구경부(5b)와 연통되는 연통부(7b)의 외측에 적어도 2개소 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 프린터 헤드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크통(7) 및 연통부(7a,7b)가 복수개로 마련되어 있고, 벤튜리계(5)의 소구경부(5)와 연통되는 연통부(7b1-7b4)의 외측에는 전자석이 적어도 2개소씩 각각 설치되어 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 프린터 헤드.
