Abstract

액 흡수성 재료, 액 투과성 표면 재료 및 방누성 안감 재료의 조합을 함유한 생분해성 일회용 기저귀에서, 상기 액 흡수성 재료는 말단기가 실질적으로 히드록실기인 지방족 포화 폴리에스테르 전중합체을 커플링제와 반응시켜 수득하는 지방족 폴리에스테르로부터 형성되는 또는 상기 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지 및 상기 커플링제로 처리되지 않은 지방족 포화 폴리에스테르 수지로부터 제조된다. 일회용 기저귀는 탁월한 기계적 강도, 유연성, 촉감, 생산성을 가질뿐아니라 생분해성, 통기성 및 방수성도 뛰어나다.

Claims (4)

  1. 액 투과성 표면재료, 액 투과성 표면 재료 및 방누성 안감 재료를 순차적으로 함유하는 생분해성 일회용 기저귀에 있어서, 상기 액 투과성 표면 재료가 상기 액 흡수성 재료에 붙어있고, 상기 액 흡수성 재료는 상기 방누성 안감 재료에 붙어 있으며, 상기 액 투과성 표면 재료 및 상기 방누성 안감 재료가 (1) 말단기가 히드록실기인 지방족 포화 폴리에스테르 전중합체를 커플링제와 반응시켜서 수득한 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지로 형성되거나, 또는 (2) (A) 말단기가 히드록실기인 지방족 포화 폴리에스테르 전중합체를 커플링제와 반응시켜 수득한 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지 및 (B) 상기 커플링제로 처리되지 않은 지방족 포화 폴리에스테르 수지로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 일회용 기저귀.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지로 만들어진 방누성 안감 재료가 부직포인 생분해성 일회용 기저귀.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지로 만들어진 방누성 안감 재료가 스펀-본드법 및 멜트-블로운 법에 의해 제조된 섬유 또는 직물을 혼섬 또는 적충해서 제조한 부직포인 생분해성 일회용 기저귀.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부직포가 액 투과성 표면 재료로 사용되고, 상기 부직포가 (1) 커플링제로 처리된 지방족 포화 폴리에스테르를 사용하여 건식법, 스펀-본드법, 써말-본드법, 스티치 본드법, 또는 니들 펀치법으로 형성한 부직포로 이루어지거나, 또는 (2) (A) 커플링제로 처리된 지방족 포화 폴리에스테르를 사용하여 건조법, 스펀-본드법, 써말-본드법, 스티치 본드법 또는 니들 펀치법으로 형성한 부직포 및 (B) 커플링제로 처리된 또는 커플링제로 처리되지 않은 지방족 포화 폴리에스테르 수지를 사용하여 멜트-블로운 법으로 형성한 필라멘트 또는 부직포로 이루어지는 생분해성 일회용 기저귀.
