Abstract

본 발명은 서방성 미소구 및 그의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 생물학적 활성성분, 중합체 및 필요하다면 소수성 호스트 화합물을 함유하는 미소구와 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 미소구는 생물학적 활성성분의 혼입율이 높고 서방성 효과가 뛰어나다.

Claims (24)

  1. 생물학적 활성 성분, 중합체 및 소수성 호스트 화합물을 함유한 미소구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 생물학적 활성 성분, 중합체 및 소수성 호스트 화합물을 함유하는 용액으로 이루어진 유상을 물에 유화시켜 O/W형 유화물을 수득하고 이것을 용매 증발법에 의해 건조시킴으로써 제조되는 미소구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 생물학적 활성 성분이 수용성 성분인 미소구.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 수용성 생물학적 활성 성분이 물에 대해 약 30ppm이상의 농도로 용해되는 수용성 성분인 미소구.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 수용성 생물학적 활성 성분이 물에 대해 25℃에서 약 1%(W/W) 이상의 농도로 용해되는 수용성 성분인 미소구.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 수용성 생물학적 활성 성분이 니텐피람인 미소구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 약 1,000 내지 150,000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 미소구.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 미소구 총량에 대해 약 40 내지 99중량%의 중합체, 중합체에 대해 약 0.05 내지 70중량%의 생물학적 활성 성분, 및 생물학적 활성 성분에 대해 약 0.05 내지 5.0몰의 소수성 호스트 화합물을 함유하는 미소구.
  9. 생물학적 활성 성분, 중합체 및 소수성 호스트 화합물을 함유하는 용액을 분산상으로 사용하고, 이 용액을 연속상에 유화시키고, 얻어진 유화물을 용매 증발법에 의해 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 미소구의 제조방법.
  10. 생물학적 활성 성분, 중합체 및 소수성 호스트 화합물을 함유하는 용액을 유상으로 사용하고, 이것을 물에 유화시켜 O/W-형 유화물을 수득하고, 얻어진 유화물을 용매 증발법에 의해 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 미소구의 제조방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 생물학적 활성 성분이 니텐피람인 미소구의 제조방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 유상이 약 30 내지 90%(W/W)의 중합체를 함유하는 미소구의 제조방법.
  13. 수용성 생물학적 활성 성분 및 평균 분자량이 약 1,000 내지 150,000인 중합체 약 30 내지 90%(W/W)를 함유하는 용액을 유상으로 사용하고, 이것을 물에 유화시키고, 얻어진 O/W-형 유화물을 용매 증발법에 의해 건조시킴으로써 제조되는 미소구.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 수용성 생물학적 활성 성분이 니텐피람인 미소구.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 중합체에 대해 약 0.1 내지 70중량%의 수용성 생물학적 활성 성분을 사용하는 미소구.
  16. 수용성 생물학적 활성 성분 및 평균 분자량이 약 1,000 내지 150,000인 중합체 약 30 내지 90%(W/W)를 함유하는 용액을 유상으로 사용하고, 이것을 물에 유화시키고, 얻어진 O/W-형 유화물을 용매 증발법에 의해 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 미소구의 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 미소구가 평균 분자량이 약 1,000 내지 150,000인 중합체를 약 40 내지 90%(W/W) 함유함을 특징으로 하는 미소구의 제조방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 수용성 생물학적 활성 성분이 물에 대해 약 30ppm이상의 농도로 용해되는 수용성 성분인 O/W-형 미소구의 제조방법.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 수용성 생물학적 활성 성분이 물에 대해 25℃에서 약 1%(W/W) 이상의 농도로 용해되는 수용성 성분인 O/W-형 미소구 제조방법.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 수용성 생물학적 활성 성분이 니텐피람인 O/W-형 미소구 제조방법.
  21. 제16항에 있어서, 중합체에 대해 약 0.1 내지 70중량%의 수용성 생물학적 활성 성분을 사용하는 미소구의 제조방법.
  22. 제1항 또는 제13항에 따른 미소구를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 의약용 및 농원예용 조성물.
  23. 생물학적 활성 성분이 농약 활성 성분인 제1항 또는 13항에 따른 미소구 및 이 미소구중의 농약 활성 성분 이외의 추가의 농약 활성 성분 및/또는 농원예용 조성물에 사용되는 첨가제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 농원예용 조성물.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 조성물 총량에 대해서 미소구 0.1 내지 80%(W/W) 및 농원예용 조성물에 사용되는 첨가제 약 1.0 내지 5%(W/W)로 구성된 농원예용 조성물.
