Abstract
본 발명은 캡션 신호의 처리에 관한 것으로, 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 티브이 회로는 캡션 디코더의 출력을 더블 스캔 티브이의 색 매트릭스부⑶에 입력시키면 노멀 티브이에 적용시에 대비하여 자막이 2배의 길이로 늘어나 커지며, 반에 해당되는 길이가 감추어지는 문제점이 있게 된다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
