Abstract

본 발명은 와이어드로잉공정에 있어서 광파이버에 발생한 미세한 기포나 상처등의 이상점을 검출하는 방법 및 그 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것으로서, 그 구성에 있어서, 와이어드로잉장치에 연산처리장치(9)를 설치한 구성에서, 광파이버(3)의 외경변동을 캡스턴(4)에 피드백하고, 인수속도를 변화시켜서 일정 외경이 되도록 와이어드로잉할 때에, 소정의 기간내에 발생한 인수속도변화에 대해서 당해 기간에 대한 속도변화의 비율을 계산하고, 이 값과 미리 지정한 값을 비교해서 검출하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 광파이버의 외경변동을 캡스턴의 인수속도로 피드백하고, 인수속도로 변화시켜서 일정외경이 되도록 와이어드로잉할때에, 소정의 기간내에 발생한 인수속도변화에 대해서 당해기간에 대한 속도변화의 비율을 계산하고, 이 계산치와 미리 지정한 값을 비교해서 검지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버의 이상점 검출방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 시각과 그때의 인수속도를 일단 기억하고 이것을 데이터베이스에 기준시각과 지정시각과의 기간에 대한 속도변화의 비율을 계산하고, 이하 기준시각을 순차이동해서 속도변화의 비율을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버의 이상점 검출방법.
  3. 광파이버용 모재의 가열장치와, 와이어드로잉된 광파이버의 외경측정기와, 광파이버에 수지를 피복하는 도포장치와, 수지의 경화장치와, 외경측정기의 측정치에 의해서 인수속도가 제어되는 캡스턴을 구비한 와이어드로잉장치에 소정기간내에 있어서의 인수속도변화의 비율을 연산처리하는 장치가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버의 이상점 검출방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 연산처리장치가, 캡스턴의 인수속도를 샘플링하는 입력장치와, 샘플링된 인수속도와 그 시각을 축적하는 기억장치와, 소정의 기간에 대한 그 기간에 발생한 인수속도변화의 비율을 계산하는 연산기와, 연산기의 출력과 미리 지정한 값을 비교하는 비교기와, 비교기의 출력에 의해서 작동하는 이상점 검지기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버의 이상점 검출방법.
