Abstract

간이한 구성에 의해 프로우브의 선단부분(팁部)을 간헐적으로 가열하는 히터와 프로우브의 보디부를 가열하는 히터를 함께 단일의 전원으로부터 급전가능한 사출성형금형용 프로우브 및 러너레스 사출성형장치로서, 통전에 의한 온도상승에 수반하여 전기저항값이 급상승하는 백금 또는 백금합금에 의해 구성한 팀히터(7)를 선단부분(3)에 배설하여, 통전에 의한 온도상승이 수반하는 전기 저항값의 상승이 작은 니크롬선에 의해 구성한 보디히터(8)를 보디부분(2)에 배설하여, 팁히터(7)와 보디히터(8)은 직결접속상태에 있는 사출성형금형용 프로우브(1a)와 동 사출성형금형용 프로우브(1a)를 금형의 게이트부에 장착하고, 성형공정에 동기(同期)로 하여 전력제어하여 전기 팁 히터(7)와 보디히터(8)에 직렬급전하는 전원장치를 갖춘 러너레스 사출성형장치. Claims (4)

  1. 프로우브(1)의 선단부분(3)에 설치하여 상기 선단부분(3)을 국부적으로 가열하는 팁히터(7)와 프로우브(1)의 보디부분(2)에 설치하여 상기 보디부분(2)을 가열하는 보디히터(8)를 갖춘 사출성형금형용 프로우브에 있어서, 상기 팁히터(7)가 통전에 의해 온도상승에 수반하여 전기저항값이 상승하는 소재에 의해 구성되고, 상기 보디히터(8)는 통전에 의한 온도상승에 수반하는 전기저항상승에 팁히터(7)보다 적은 소재에 의해 구성되며 상기 팁히터(7)와 보디히터(8)는 서로 직렬로 전원에 접속되오 급전제어되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형금형용 프로우브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팁히터(7)가 백금 또는 백금합금에 의해 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형금형용 프로우브.
  3. 통전에 의한 온도상승에 수반하여 전기저항값이 상승하는 소재에 의해 구성된 팁히터(7)가 선단부분에 배설되고, 통전에 의한 온도상승에 수반하는 전기저항값의 상승률이 상기 팁히터(7)와 보디히터(8)는 서로 직렬접속상태에 있는 사출성형금형용 프로우브를 금형의 게이트부(18)에 선단부분이 근접되도록 금형의 러너일부분에 장착하여, 성형공정에 동기(同期)하여 전력제어함으로써 상기 팁히터(7)와 보디히터(8)에 직렬급전하는 전우장치를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 리너레스 사출성형장치.
  4. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 팁히터가 백금 또는 백금합금에 의해 구성된 사출 성형금형용 프로우브가 금형에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 리너레스 사출성형장치.
