Abstract

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 미세 섬유 마이크로 웨브, 목재 펄프 섬유, 개질된 전분, 규조토, 친수성기를 함유한 고-분자량의 아크릴 중합체, 알킬스티렌 입자, 활성화된 탄소, 또는 이들의 배합물인 수착제 입자 물질을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수착 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중탄산 나트륨, 수산화 칼슘, 붕사, 포타슘 디하이드로겐 포스페이트, 디소듐 하이드로겐 포스페이트, 프탈산 수소 칼륨 또는 이들의 배합물인 중성화 수착제 입자 물질을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수착 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 활성화된 탄소, 알루미나, 중탄산 나트륨, 은, 점토, 흡칼리트 또는 이들의 배합물인 증기 제거 입자 물질을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수착 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 크림프된 벌킹 섬유를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수착 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 붐이 약 50mm 내지 30cm의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수착 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 붐이 약 20 내지 600g/m의 선(lineal) 중량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수착 물품.
- 하기 단계 a) 내지 c)를 포함하는 제 1 항의 미세 섬유상 수착 물품을 제조하는 방법: a) 섬유-형성 다이에서 다수의 오리피스로부터 용융된 열가소성 섬유-형성 중합체를 압출하는 단계(상기 오리피스는 다이의 표면을 따라 배열되어 있음); b) 고온 공기 스트림으로 섬유를 가늘게하는 단계; c) 상기 다이표면에 거의 평행한 컨베이어 표면상에 상기 섬유를 수집하고 상기 다이 표면을 가로질러 이동시켜 미세 섬유상 수착 물품을 형성하는 단계.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 수집기 표면이 다이로부터 약 60° 이하의 각도인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
