Abstract

[목적] 측정에 요하는 비용을 절감하고, 정확한 온도측정을 할 수 있는 광학적 온도측정장치의 수광부를 얻는 것.
[구성] 지통(2)으로 되어 있는 통체(1)와, 이 지통(2)의 선단에 내화물(3)에 의하여 밀봉되어 부착된 석영 캡(4)을 구비하고, 석영 캡(4)의 개구부는 밖을 향하여 열려 있고, 석영 캡(4)의 폐쇄된 선단부(41)를 광투광창으로 하여용융금속(24)으로부터 복사된 광선을 광학적 온도측정장치(21)로 인도하도록 구성되는 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 광학적 온도측정장치의 수광부의 하나의 실시예를 나타내는 종단면도이다. 제2도는 수광부의 다른 실시예를 나타내는 종단면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 통체와, 이 통체의 선단에 내화물에 의하여 붕쇄되어 부착된 석영 캡을 구비하고, 상기 석영캡의 개구부는 바깥쪽으로 열려있으며, 상기 석영 캡의 폐쇄부를 투광창으로 하여 용융금속으로부터 복사된 광선을 인도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 온도측정장치의 수광부.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 통체에 삽입되는 수광봉을 통하여 용융금속으로 부터 복사된 광선을 인도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 온도측정장치의 수광부.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 통체에 삽입되는 수광봉에, 통체로부터 발생되는 연기나 수증기를 차단하는 후드를 설치하고, 이 수광봉을 통하여 용융금속으로부터 복사된 광선을 인도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 온도측정장치의 수광부.
