Abstract

본 발명은 평탄도가 측정될 측정물(기판)과 전자를 방출하는 음극 기판간의 전류를 측정하여 이로부터 측정물의 표면평탄도를 측정하는 표면 평탄도 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 금속박막이 절연기판상에 형성된 후, 띠 모양으로 형상화되어 전자를 방출하는 음극과, 상기 금속박막과 직각방향으로 띠 모양의 게이트와, 다결정규소, 증착산화막, 증착산호막을 형성하여 평탄화시켜 접합하는 기판을 구성한 것이다.

제3도는 전계전자방출을 이용한 표면평탄도를 측정하기 위한 장치를 보인 도면, 제4도는 전자방출위치선정이 가능한 금속음극을 갖는 기판을 나타낸 사시도, 제5도는 전자방출위치선정이 가능한 금속음극을 갖는 기판을 나타낸 사시도.

Claims (2)

  1. 금속박막이 절연기판상에 형성된 후, 띠 모양으로 형상화 되어 전자를 방출하는 음극과, 상기 금속박막과 직각방향으로 띠 모양의 게이트와, 다결정규소, 증착산화막, 증착산호막을 형성하여 평탄화시켜 접합하는 기판을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 평탄도 측정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극 사이에 다수의 음극영역을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 평탄도 측정장치.
