Abstract

주성분이 강철 생산시 부산물로 생산되는 산화철 및 알루미늄 제련에서 부산물로 생산되는 적색 점토로부터 만들어지는 산화알루미늄인 A1-Fe산화물 혼합물 및 여기에 첨가된 석회로 구성되는 토양 또는 지반 강화 재료를 분쇄된 암석, 천연 토양 등을 함유하는 토양에 혼합하거나; 상기 석회가 첨가된 토양 또는 지반 강화 재료에 산화 티탄을 더욱 혼합하고 이 재료를 분쇄된 암석, 천연 토양 등을 함유하는 토양 또는 지반으로 혼합하여; 그의 강도 및 점탄성을 증진시키는 방법이 개시된다. 이러한 토양 또는 지반 강화 재료에서 산화티탄의 함량은 0.5-2.0중량%범위에 있다.

제2도는 본 발명의 태양에 따라 토양 또는 지반 강화 재료를 실리카 분말에 첨가한 샘플의 0일째의 절단 표면을 나타내는 현미경 사진,
제3도는 본 발명의 태양에 따라 토양 또는 지반 강화 재료를 실리카 분말에 첨가한 샘플의 4일째의 절단 표면을 나타내는 현미경 사진,
제8도는 분해된 화강암을 사용하여 토양 또는 지반 강화 처리된 토양의 CBR 테스트 결과를 보여주는 그래프.

Claims (4)

  1. 주성분이 석회가 첨가된 산화알루미늄 및 산화철인 A1-Fe산화물 혼합물로 구성되는 토양 또는 지반 강화 재료를 분쇄된 암석, 천연 토양 등을 함유하는 토양에 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 또는 지반 강화 처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 토양 또는 지반 강화 재료가 주성분이 산화알루미늄 및 산화철이고 산화티탄을 함유하며 석회가 첨가된 A1-Fe-Ti산화물 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 또는 지반 강화 처리 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 토양 또는 지반 강화 재료중 A1-Fe산화물 혼합물의 함량이 산화알루미늄이 5-15중량% 범위에 있고 산화철이 15-35중량% 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 또는 지반 강화 처리 방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 토양 또는 지반 강화 재료중 산화티탄의 함량이 0.5-2.0중량% 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 또는 지반 강화 처리 방법.
