Abstract
수-팽창 폴리우레탄 포움은 냉각 컨테이너와 같은 적소 발포에 있어 두개의 기판 사이에 제공된다. 수-팽창 폴리우레탄포움은 폴리올 성분에 C2내지 C24의 카르복실산의 리튬염을 첨가함으로써 저밀도에서 치수 안정성을 갖는다. 저밀도에서의 포움의 치수안정성은 원료물질이 절감되게 한다.

Claims (11)
- 제1기판, 수-팽창 폴리우레탄 포움 및 제2기판을 순서대로 포함하는 복합재로서, 폴리우레탄 포움이 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트와,a) 적어도 150의 분자량과 적어도 2.5의 평균 작용성을 가지는 두개의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소원자를 가지는 화합물,b) 물을 포함하는 팽창제, 및c) 치환 또는 비치환, 분지 또는 비분지, 지방족 또는 지방족고리, 알킬 또는 알케닐의 C2내지 C24를 가지는 카르복실산의 리튬염을 포함하는 폴리올 성분의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1기판 및/도는 제2기판이 각각 고밀도 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌, 에틸렌과 비닐아세테이트의 공중합체, 에틸렌과 비닐 알코올의 공중합체, 에틸렌과 아크릴산의 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 직쇄 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고분자량 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 나일론 66, 비정질 열가소성 폴리에스테르, 스티렌-부타디엔, 스티렌-에틸렌/부틸렌-스티렌, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아세탈, 목재 및 알루미늄 및 강철로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 금속으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합재가 냉각 컨테이너인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 팽창제로서, 전체 중량에 기하여 4중량% 내지 8중량%의 물을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1기판과 제2기판 사이에 폴리우레탄 포움이 5 내지 10퍼센트의 양으로 과충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1기판과 제2기판 사이에 폴리우레탄 포움이 5파센트 내지 10퍼센트의 영으로 과충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리튬염의 양이 폴리올 성분의 중량에 기하여 0.5중량% 내지 1.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1기판, 수-팽창 폴리우레탄 포움 및 제2기판을 순서대로 포함하는 복합재로서, 폴리우레탄 포움이 필수적으로 물로 이루어진 팽창제로 팽창되며, 100′F(38℃)에서, 28일후, 100%의 상대습도에서 20%이하 부피 변화이고 -20°F(-7℃)에서, 14일후, 5% 이하의 부피변화를 나타내는 치수 안정성을 가지며, 포움이 제1기판과 제2기판 사이에 5퍼센트 내지 10퍼센트의 양으로 과충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 이격되어 유지되는 제1기판과 제2기판 사이로 한정되는 캐비티로 폴리우레탄 포움을 적소발포하는 과정을 포함하는 복합재 제조방법으로, 폴리우레탄 포움이 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트와,a) 적어도 150의 분자량과 적어도 2.5의 평균 작용성을 가지는 적어도 두개의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소 원자를 가지는 화합물,b) 물을 포함하는 팽창제, 및c) 치환 또는 비치환, 분지 또는 비분지, 지방족 또는 지방족 고리, 알킬 또는 알케닐의 C2내지 C24를 가지는 카르복실산의 리튬염을 포함하는 폴리올 성분과의 반응에 의해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 캐비티내의 폴리우레탄 포움의 양이 캐비티를 채우는데 필요한 최소량보다 더 많은 5 내지 10%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1기판 및/도는 제2기판이 각각 고밀도 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌, 에틸렌과 비닐아세테이트의 공중합체, 에틸렌과 비닐 알코올 공중합체, 에틸렌과 아크릴산의 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌 폴리프로필렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 직쇄 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고분자량 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 나일론 66, 비정질 열가소성 폴리에스테르, 스티렌-부타디엔, 스티렌-에틸렌/부틸렌-스티렌, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아세탈, 목재 및 알루미늄 및 강철로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 금속으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
