Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 아미노피리딘 유도체의 (+)-대장체 또는 이의 염, 및 이를 순환기용제로서 사용되는 방법에 관한 것이다 :
상기 식에서, R1과 R2는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 수소, 탄소수 1∼6의 알킬, 또는 아미노-보호기를 나타내고, R3는 수소 또는 탄소수 1~6의 알킬을 나타내며, Z는 S 또는 NCN을 나타내고, m은 1 또는 2이며, n은 0 또는 1이다.
본 발명의 화합물은 극히 저독성이고, 강한 지속성의 혈압하강 작용등의 약리 작용을 나타낸다. 특히, 고혈압 예방 또는 치료제로서 사용할 경우, 본 발명의 화합물은 작은 투여 회수로도 안정한 항고혈압 작용을 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명의 화합물은 지질대사 개선제로서 사용될 수도 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 아미노피리딘 유도체의(+)-대장체(對掌體), 또는 이의 산 부가염 :
    상기 식에서, R1과 R2는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 수소, 탄소수 1∼6의 알킬, 또는 아미노-보호기를 나타내고, R3는 수소 또는 탄소수 1~6의 알킬을 나타내며, Z는 S 또는 NCN을 나타내고, m은 1 또는 2이며, n은 0 또는 1이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, (+)-N-6(아미노-3-피리딜)-N"-시아노-N'-[(1S, 2R, 4R)-2-노르브르닐]구아니딘인 대장체, 또는 이의 산 부가염.
  3. 유효성분으로서의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 아미노피리딘 유도체의 (+)-대장체 또는 이의 산 부가염, 및 약리학상 허용하는 첨가제를 포함하는 의약 조성물 :
    상기 식에서, R1과 R2는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 수소, 탄소수 1∼6의 알킬, 또는 아미노-보호기를 나타내고, R3는 수소 또는 탄소수 1~6의 알킬을 나타내며, Z는 S 또는 NCN을 나타내고, m은 1 또는 2이며, n은 0 또는 1이다.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, (+)-N-(6-아미노-3-피리딜)-N"-시아노-N'-[(1S, 2R, 4R)-2-노르브르닐]구아니딘, 또는 이의 산 부가염을 포함하는 조성물.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 항고혈압제인 조인물.
