Abstract

본 발명은 제강래들등에 사용되는 고규산질 내화벽돌에 관한 것으로서, 고규산질 내화벽돌의 표면에 피복되는 향상된 피복조성물과 이를 이용한 피복방법을 제공하므로서 고규산질 내화벽돌의 내침식성을 향상시키고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 중량%로, 알루미나분말 : 92.0-95.0%, 헥사메타인소다 : 2.0-5.0%, 분말 규산소다:1.0-3.0%, 및 소석회:1.0-3.0%로 조성되는 고규산질 내화벽돌의 피복 조성물 및 이를 이용한 피복방법을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 중량%로, 알루미나분말 : 92.0-95.0%, 헥사메타인산소다, 트리포리인산소다 및 인산염으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 : 2.0-5.0%, 분말규산소다, PVA, 알긴산소다 및 CMC로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 : 1.0-3.0%, 및 소석회 : 1.0-3.0%로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 고규산질 내화벽돌의 피복조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 알루미나 분말이 보키사이트, 규선석, 홍주석, 소결알루미나, 전융알루미나, 및 하소알루미나로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 2종이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고규산질 내화벽돌의 피복조성물.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 알루미나 분말의 입도가 200-325메쉬(mesh)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고규산질 내화벽돌의 피복 조성물.
  4. 중량%로, 알루미나 분말 : 92.0-95.0%, 헥사메타인산소다, 트리포리인산소다 및 인산염으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 : 2.0-5.0%, 분말규산소다, PVA, 알긴산소다 및 CMC로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 : 1.0-3.0%, 및 소석회 : 1.0-3.0%로 조성되는 피복조성물에 상기 알루미나의 함량과 물의 비가 1 : 2-1 : 4가 되도록 물을 첨가하여 혼련한 후, 고규산질 내화벽돌을 침지하여 피복조성물을 피복한 다음, 건조하여 1000℃이상에서 3.0시간 이상 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고규산질 내화벽돌의 피복방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 소성온도가 1000-1200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 고규산질 내화벽돌의 피복방법.
  6. 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 고규산질 내화벽돌의 피복층이 2.0-5.0mm가 되도록 피복처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고규산질 내화벽돌의 피복방법.
