Abstract

본 발명은 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 주형 속에서 압력을 적용하지 않거나 0.5MPa 이하로 압력을 적용한 조건하에서 160 내지 280℃로 가열한 다음, 이를 4 내지 20MPa의 압력하에서 실온으로 냉각시킴으로써 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 성형물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 미분쇄된 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 프레스 내의 펀치에 의해 덜 밀폐된 주형 속에서 압력을 적용하지 않거나 0.5MPa 이하로 적용한 조건하에서 160 내지 280℃로 가열한 다음, 이를 4 내지 20MPa의 압력하에서 실온으로 냉각시킴을 포함하는, 미분쇄된 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌으로부터 성형물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌이 220 내지 250℃로 가열되는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가열공정이 불활성 기체 대기중에서 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 당해 중합체가 8 내지 14MPa의 압력하에 프레스에서 냉각되는 방법.
