Claims (4)
- Mg 5∼10wt%, Be 0.0001∼0.01wt%, Cr 0.01∼0.5wt% 및 Ti 0.005∼0.1wt%또는 Ti 0.005∼0.1wt%와 B 0.00001∼0.05wt%를 함유하고, 불순물로서의 Fe, Si가 각각 0.2wt%미만으로 규제되며, 잔부가 다른 불가피한 불순물과 Al로 조성된 알루미늄 합금판이며, 그 알루미늄 합금판의 금속조직은 평균지름 0.2nm 이하의 Cr계 금속간 화합물이 0.1∼0.5Vol% 분산되고, 평균 결정 입자 지름이 5∼30nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 강도와 디프드로잉성이 뛰어난 알루미늄 합금판.
- Mg 5∼10wt%, Be 0.0001∼0.01wt%, Cr 0.01∼0.5wt%, Cu 0.05∼1.0wt%, 및 Ti 0.005∼0.1wt%또는 Ti0.005∼0.1wt%와 B 0.00001∼0.05wt%를 함유하고, 불순물로서의 Fe, Si가 각각 0.2wt%미만으로 규제되며, 잔부가 다른 불가피한 불순물과 Al로 조성된 알루미늄 합금판이며, 그 알루미늄 합금판의 금속조직은 평균지름 0.2nm 이하의 Cr계 금속간 화합물이 0.1∼0.5Vol% 분산되고, 평균 결정 입자 지름이 5∼30nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 강도와 디프드로잉성이 뛰어난 알루미늄 합금판.
- Mg 5∼10wt%, Be 0.0001∼0.01wt%, Cr 0.01∼0.5wt% 및 Ti 0.005∼0.1wt%또는 Ti0.005∼0.1wt%와 B 0.00001∼0.05wt%를 함유하고, 불순물로서의 Fe, Si가 각각 0.2wt%미만으로 규제되며, 잔부가 다른 불가피한 불순물과 Al로 조성된 알루미늄 합금 주괴를, 450∼540℃, 24시간 이하의 조건으로 균질화 처리 한후, 열간 압연하고, 열간 압연후 즉시 또는 이 열간 압연에 잇달아 냉간압연의 도중에 있어서, 230∼360℃, 1∼100시간의 조건에서 Cr 계 금속간 화합물의 석출처리를 적어도 1회 실시하고, 소정의 판두께까지 최동 냉간 압연한후, 400∼500℃, 120초 이하의 조건에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도와 디프드로잉성이 뛰어난 알루미늄 합금판의 제조방법.
