Abstract

라디칼 그래프팅에 의해 제조한 사이클릭 카보닐 함유 화합물 따라서, 신규한 카보닐 함유 조성물들은 자유 라디칼 개시제의 존재하에 포화 탄화수소, 치환된 포화 탄화수소, 중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 화합물을 하기 일반식을 갖는 카보닐 함유 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물과 접촉 반응시킴으로써 제조된다 :
상기식에서, Q는 HOH, MeOH, EtOH 또는 n-BuOH이고, n은 0, 1 또는 그 이상이며, X 및 Y는 독립적으로 CH2및 C=0로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되고, W는 독립적으로 CH2, C=0, 0, NH, CMe2, C=N-알킬 및 N-알킬(이때, 알킬은 C1내지 C18이다)로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되며, U와 V는 독립적으로 W와 동일한 그룹중에서 선택되고, 종속적으로는 함께 결합된 U와 V가 1,2-페닐렌, 1,8-나프탈렌-디일 및 1,2-나프탈렌-디일 중 하나를 형성하도록 선택된다.

Claims (10)

  1. 자유 라디칼 개시제의 존재하에, 포화 탄화수소, 치환된 포화 탄화수소, 중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 화합물을 하기 일반식을 갖는 카보닐 함유 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물과 접촉 반응시킴으로써 형성된 카보닐 함유 조성물 :
    상기식에서, Q는 HOH, MeOH, EtOH 또는 n-BuOH이고, n은 0, 1 또는 그 이상이며, X 및 Y는 독립적으로 CH2및 C=0로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되고, W는 독립적으로 CH2, C=0, 0, NH, CMe2, C=N-알킬 및 N-알킬(이때, 알킬은 C1내지 C18이다)로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되며, U와 V는 독립적으로 W와 동일한 그룹중에서 선택되고, 종속적으로는 함께 결합된 U와 V가 1,2-페닐렌, 1,8-나프탈렌-디일 및 1,2-나프탈렌-디일 중 하나를 형성하도록 선택되나, 단, X, Y, U, V 및 W중 적어도 하나는 C=O이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 반응 온도가 약 90℃ 내지 약 220℃ 인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소가 약 Cl0내지 약 C50인 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소가 약 500 내지 약 천만 범위의 Mn을 갖는 중합체인 조성물.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 카보닐 화합물이 하기 일반식을 갖는 조성물 :
    상기식에서, Q, n, X, Y, W, U 및 V는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  6. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 카보닐 화합물이 하기 일반식을 갖는 조성물 :
    상기식에서, Q, n, X, Y, W, U 및 V는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  7. (a)탄화수소 라디칼 및 (b)하기 일반식으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 사이클릭 라디칼을 포함하는 조성물 :
    상기식에서, X 및 Y는 독립적으로 CH2및 C=0로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되고, W는 독립적으로 CH2, C=0, 0, NH, CMe2, C=N-알킬 및 N-알킬(이때, 알킬은 C1내지 C18이다)로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되며, U와 V는 독립적으로 W와 동일한 그룹중에서 선택되고, 종속적으로는 함께 결합된 U와 V가 1,2-페닐렌, 1,8-나프탈렌-디일 및 1,2-나프탈렌-디일 중 하나를 형성하도록 선택되나, 단, X, Y, U, V 및 W중 적어도 하나는 C=O이다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 탄화수소 라디칼이 포화 탄화수소, 치환된 포화 탄화수소 및 중합체로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 치환된 탄화수소가 OH, 0[CH2CH20]xH(이때, x는 1 내지 10이다), Cl, CN, COOH, COO알킬(이때, 알킬은 Cl내지 Cl8이다), 아릴 및 에틸렌으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 작용기를 갖는 조성물.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 중합체가 약 500 내지 천만 범위의 수평균 분자량을 가지며, 폴리올레핀, 폴리알킬 에스테르, 폴리스티렌, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리비닐 할라이드 및 에스테르로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 조성물.
