Abstract

조 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄에 존재하는 불포화 불순물(특히 염화 비닐리덴)을 제거하기 위해서, 산소의 존재하에서 액상의 상기 생성물에 UV조사를 수행한 다음, 알칼리성액 및/또는 환원액으로 세척하고 건조시킨다.

Claims (6)

  1. 정제할 액상의 생성물을 산소의 존재하에서 단 -파장 UV광선(200~360nm)으로 조사한 다음 알칼리성액 및/또는 환원액으로 세척하고 건조시킴을 특징으로 한, 불포화 불순물을 함유하는 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄의 정제방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 광산화가 0~50℃의 온도, 바람직하게는 약 20~30℃의 온도에서 수행되는 정제방법.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조사력이 정제되는 액체의 1㎥당 5~40킬로와트, 바람직하게는 13~20킬로와트인 정제방법.
  4. 제1 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 산소의 몰량이, 정제되는 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄에 존재하는 불포화 불순물의 몰수이상, 바람직하게는 5~10배인 정제방법.
  5. 제1 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조사후에 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄을 수산화나트륨 수용액, 암모니아 수용액, 히드라진 수용액 또는 알칼리 금속 술파이트 또는 비술파이트 수용액으로 세척하는 정제방법.
  6. 제1 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리가 연속적으로 수행되는 정제방법.
