Abstract

본 발명은 탄성중합체로 형성된 대(22)를 갖는 특히 시계의 브레이스릿(21) 일부 같은 물품에 관련되며 대의 외부표면(24)는 장식부(25)를 포함한다. 장식부(25)는 작은 캡슐에 담겨있는 액정을 구성하는 열변색 잉크(30)에 의해 최소한 부분적으로 얻어진 장식문양(29)을 구성하고 열변색 잉크는 열로 융합될 수 있는 물질로 형성된 두 중간층(26과 32)사이에 삽입된다.

Claims (9)

  1. 최소한 하나의 제1탄성중합체로 형성된 대 (22;45)와 대의 최소한 하나의 외부표면(24;49)에 갖춰진 장식부(25;46)을 포함하는 물품(21;41;43)에서 장식부는 보호층과 대 사이에 위치된 장식문양(29;50;60;52,62)와 보호층을 구성하고 장식문양이 액정을 포함하는 최소한 하나의 열변식 잉크에 의해 형성된 최소한 하나의 제1설계(29;50;52)를 구성하고 장식부가 대와 제1설계 사이에 위치된 제1중간층(26:47)과 보호층과 제1설계 사이에 위치된 제2의 중간층(32;58)을 구성하고 제1과 제2중간층이 열로 융합될 수 있는 물질로 형성되는 특징이 있는 물품(21;41;43).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 액정이 작은 캡슐에 담겨있는 특징이 있는 물품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1과 제2중간층(26과 32, 47과 58)을 형성하는 열로 융합될 수 있는 물질이 폴리아미드를 쓰는 혼성중합체류에 속하는 특징이 있는 물품.
  4. 제1항에서 3항까지중 어느 한항에 있어서, 보호층(36;66)이 최소한 하나의 탄성중합체로 형성되는 특징이 있는 물품.
  5. 제1항에서 4항까지중 어느 한항에 있어서, 장식문양(50,60;52,62)가 최소한 하나의 보통 잉크(70)로 형성된 제2설계(60;62)를 구성하고 제2설계가 보호층(66)과 제2중간층(58)사이에 위치되는 특징이 있는 물품.
  6. 제1항에서 5항까지중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제1설계(52)가 장식표면(46) 위를 균일하게 덮는 열변색 잉크(56)의 필름으로 형성하는 특징이 있는 물품.
  7. 제1항에서 6항까지중 어느 한항에 있어서, 보호층(36;66)이 폴리비닐클로라이드로 형성되는 특징이 있는 물품.
  8. 제1항에서 7항까지증 어느 한항에 있어서, 대(22;45)가 폴리우레탄으로 형성되는 특징이 있는 물품.
  9. 제1항에서 8항까지중 어느 한항에 있어서, 물품이 시계브레이스릿의 일부가 되는 특징이 있는 물품.
