Abstract

용기 내부의 중앙부분 또는 인접부분에 위치하며 냉각 매질의 통과하는 장치를 가진 용기 중에 갈륨 원료를 용융상태로 유지하고, 용기 중의 갈륨 원료를 조절된 온도로 유지하여 정제된 갈륨물질을 장치의 외부 표면에 침착시키는 단계를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 갈륨 원료 보다 순도가 높은 정제된 갈륨물질을 제조하는 갈륨 원료의 정제방법.

Claims (2)

  1. 용기 내부의 중앙부분 또는 인접부분에 위치하며 냉각 매질의 통과하는 장치를 가진 용기 중에 갈륨 원료를 용융상태로 유지하고, 용기 중의 갈륨 원료를 조절된 온도로 유지하여 정제된 갈륨물질을 장치의 외부 표면에 침착시키는 단계를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 갈륨 원료 보다 순도가 높은 정제된 갈륨물질을 제조하는 갈륨 원료의 정제방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용융된 갈륨물질이 용기의 측면 주위에 제공되어 회전형 자기장을 형성하는 자기코일에 의해 회전하는 정제방법.
