상기와 같은 종래 라벨 제직용 경사의 제조방법은, 초연→재연→열처리→타래→염색→해사→정경 등의 복잡하고도 번거로운 공정을 거쳐야 됨으로 작업인력의 손실과 작업능률이 저하되는 비경제적인 문제 뿐만 아니라 특히 품질을 저하시키는 이유로서 타래작업이나 공정중의 염색공정에서 실의 얽힘과 꼬임이 많아 사절발생율은 250g당 15개 정도의 사절유를 보이게 되어 라벨 제직시에 이음매듭 때문에 직기가 멈추게 되는 사례가 빈번하고 이로 인하여 다시 사절이 생기는 문제점이 있게 되며, 제직된 후에는 이음부에 의한 불량발생율이 높고 전반적으로 제품의 질을 저하시키는 문제가 있게 되는 것이다.The conventional method of manufacturing a label weaving warp as described above has to go through a complicated and cumbersome process such as premiere → rework → heat treatment → staining → dyeing → maritime → canon as well as an uneconomical problem in which work loss and work efficiency are reduced.
