Abstract
The invention discloses a production process of a garment material with an embroidery effect, which is characterized in that a triangular needle device is adopted to embroider a decorative thread on the fabric according to a designed stitch; when in embroidery, the needle bar of the triangular needle device is lifted by 0.1-0.2cm at the standard position so as to advance the thread hooking time; the hook tip of the rotating shuttle hooks at the position of 0.2-0.3cm above the needle hole, and the speed of the rotating shuttle is 2800 and 3000 revolutions per minute; the decorative lines are gold and silver lines. The invention relates to a production process of a garment material with an embroidery effect, which is characterized in that gold and silver threads are embroidered on the garment material by adopting a triangular needle device, and the gold and silver threads with higher rigidity can be smoothly embroidered without breaking ends by adjusting process parameters, so that the embroidery effect is good, and the quality and the impression of the garment are improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of embroidery garment material production, in particular to a garment material production process with an embroidery effect.
Background
In high-grade clothes, gold and silver threads are often used for embroidery decoration. When the computerized embroidery equipment is adopted for embroidering, the process is complicated, and the investment of the used equipment is large. The gold and silver thread is a chemical fiber film developed in the 40 th of the 20 th century, and is formed by adhering two layers of butyl acetate cellulose films to a Xiyangshen half aluminum foil and then cutting the film into thin strips. Subsequently, a dacron metallic yarn made of a polyester film through processes of aluminum plating, color coating and the like appears, so that the metallic yarn is high in rigidity and easy to break during bending. When the gold and silver thread is adopted to embroider and decorate the fabric, the problem of breakage is easy to occur, and the breakage condition is caused not only in the sewing process but also in the finished product stage. The satisfaction of the customers is greatly reduced. For the clothes with higher requirements, if the gold and silver threads are broken during embroidering, the quality of the clothes can be influenced even if the threads are connected.
However, the triangular needle device in the garment production device is generally used for decorating seams of garment materials, and is relatively common. If the triangular needle equipment can be used for decorating the garment materials by the gold and silver yarns, the embroidery effect can be achieved, and the production cost of the garment materials is reduced. And the gold and silver thread can not be broken in the embroidering process, the quality of the garment material can not be influenced, and the problem to be solved when the triangular needle equipment is adopted for embroidering can be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a production process of a garment fabric with an embroidery effect, which can combine a metallic yarn with the fabric by using triangular needle equipment, so that the metallic yarn is not easy to break, the embroidery effect is formed, and the quality of the whole garment is improved.

On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the preparation process of the metallic yarns is as follows:
(1) coloring: uniformly mixing the dye, resin and solvent, and coating the mixture on the surface of the electroplating film;
(2) splitting: cutting the raw materials into different widths according to requirements to prepare the metallic yarns;
(3) twisting: processing a metallic yarn and at least one monofilament into a metallic yarn composite yarn by a computer silk winder and winding the metallic yarn composite yarn on a bobbin to form the metallic yarn composite yarn;
(4) and (3) secondary twisting: processing at least two strands of spooled metallic composite yarns into a multi-strand yarn containing a metallic yarn on a composite twisting machine or processing a monofilament and at least one strand of spooled metallic composite yarns together into a multi-strand yarn containing a metallic yarn on the composite twisting machine; during processing, the single twist of the composite twisting machine is controlled to be 340-360 twists/m, and the double twist is controlled to be 240-260 twists/m;
(5) yarn steaming: and placing the metallic yarns in the inner net of the yarn steaming basket, feeding the metallic yarns into a yarn steaming boiler, and performing high-temperature shaping.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the electroplating film is a polyester film, a PVC film or an OPP film which is subjected to vacuum aluminum plating.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: after yarn steaming, the method also comprises the step (6) of acid treatment: treating in acetic acid solution with pH of 4-5 at 50-60 deg.C for 30-40 min, taking out, soaking in 2-3% oxalic acid solution, and treating at 50-60 deg.C for 10-20 min.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the method also comprises the step (7) of alkaline treatment after the acidic treatment: soaking in 0.5-1% soapy water and 0.2-0.3% sodium carbonate solution, treating at 50-60 deg.C for 30-40 min, taking out, washing with deionized water, and oven drying at 100-120 deg.C.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention relates to a production process of a garment material with an embroidery effect, which is characterized in that gold and silver threads are embroidered on the garment material by adopting a triangular needle device, and the gold and silver threads with higher rigidity can be smoothly embroidered without breaking ends by adjusting process parameters, so that the embroidery effect is good, and the quality and the impression of the garment are improved.

Example one
According to the production process of the garment material with the embroidery effect, the decoration thread is embroidered on the garment material according to the design stitches by adopting the triangular needle equipment;
when in embroidery, the needle bar of the triangular needle equipment is lifted by 0.1cm at a standard position so as to advance the thread hooking time; the hook tip of the rotating shuttle hooks at the position of 0.2cm above the needle hole, and the speed of the rotating shuttle is 2800 revolutions per minute;
the decorative lines are gold and silver lines, and the used gold and silver lines are required to be smooth in surface, soft and low in rigidity.
The three-angle needle equipment can be used for embroidering the garment material, and embroidered stitches are simple and can be used for decoration. The gold and silver threads are used as the full-name decoration money, the hardness of the gold and silver threads is high, the gold and silver threads are easy to break when being bent, but when the gold and silver threads and the fabric are sewn by the triangular needle equipment, the positions of needle rods in the triangular needle equipment need to be improved, and the thread hooking time of the needle rods can be advanced. When the gold and silver thread is bent, the bending radian is reduced due to high rigidity, and in order to prevent the needle rod from touching the gold and silver thread before the needle rod hooks the gold and silver thread, the position of the needle rod is improved, so that the thread hooking time is advanced. Meanwhile, the hook point of the rotating shuttle is hooked at the position of 0.2cm above the needle hole, and the hook time is matched with that of the needle rod. And the rotating speed is reduced, and the impact force on the gold and silver wires can be reduced, so that the gold and silver wires are not easy to break. In a triangular needle apparatus, a rotary shuttle is used, the tip of which hooks a loop of thread, while the loop of thread is expanded and the thread is guided around the bobbin to form a lock stitch.
Further, the preparation process of the metallic yarns used by the invention is as follows:
(1) coloring: uniformly mixing the dye, resin and solvent, and coating the mixture on the surface of the electroplating film;
(2) splitting: cutting the raw materials into different widths according to requirements to prepare the metallic yarns;
(3) twisting: processing a metallic yarn and at least one monofilament into a metallic yarn composite yarn by a computer silk winder and winding the metallic yarn composite yarn on a bobbin to form the metallic yarn composite yarn;
(4) and (3) secondary twisting: processing at least two strands of spooled metallic composite yarns into a multi-strand yarn containing a metallic yarn on a composite twisting machine or processing a monofilament and at least one strand of spooled metallic composite yarns together into a multi-strand yarn containing a metallic yarn on the composite twisting machine; during processing, the single twist of the composite twisting machine is controlled to be 360 twists/m, and the multiple twist is controlled to be 260 twists/m. The metallic yarns and the chemical fiber filament yarns or the short fiber yarns are twisted again after being twisted. And the split yarns are not used and then coated on the outer side of the chemical fiber filament yarns or the staple yarns, so that the stiffness of the gold and silver threads can be effectively reduced. The detected gold and silver threads with the same fineness can reduce the stiffness by 30 percent and improve the softness of the gold and silver threads. And the used re-twist is 240-.
(5) Steaming yarn: and placing the metallic yarns in the inner net of the yarn steaming basket, feeding the metallic yarns into a yarn steaming boiler, and performing high-temperature shaping.

The existing gold and silver lines have more defects in the aspects of abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance and the like, so that the acid and alkali resistance and the performance of the gold and silver lines are improved.
After yarn steaming, the method also comprises the step (6) of acid treatment: treating in acetic acid solution with pH of 4 at 50 deg.C for 40 min, taking out, soaking in 2% oxalic acid solution, and treating at 50 deg.C for 20 min.
Further, the method also comprises a step (7) of alkaline treatment after the acidic treatment: immersing in soapy water with the mass concentration of 1% and sodium carbonate solution with the mass concentration of 0.3%, treating for 40 minutes at the temperature of 50 ℃, taking out, washing by using deionized water, and drying at the temperature of 100 ℃.
Example two
According to the production process of the garment material with the embroidery effect, the decoration thread is embroidered on the garment material according to the design stitches by adopting the triangular needle equipment;

Further, the preparation process of the metallic yarns used by the invention is as follows:
(1) coloring: uniformly mixing the dye, resin and solvent, and coating the mixture on the surface of the electroplating film;
(2) splitting: cutting the raw materials into different widths according to requirements to prepare the metallic yarns;
(3) twisting: processing a metallic yarn and at least one monofilament into a metallic yarn composite yarn by a computer silk winder and winding the metallic yarn composite yarn on a bobbin to form the metallic yarn composite yarn;
(4) and (3) secondary twisting: processing at least two strands of spooled metallic composite yarns into a multi-strand yarn containing a metallic yarn on a composite twisting machine or processing a monofilament and at least one strand of spooled metallic composite yarns together into a multi-strand yarn containing a metallic yarn on the composite twisting machine; during processing, the single twist of the composite twisting machine is controlled to be 3400 twist/m, and the multiple twist is controlled to be 240 twist/m.
(5) Yarn steaming: and placing the metallic yarns in the inner net of the yarn steaming basket, feeding the metallic yarns into a yarn steaming boiler, and performing high-temperature shaping.
Further, the electroplating film is a polyester film, a PVC film or an OPP film which is subjected to vacuum aluminum plating. Specifically, in the present embodiment, a PVC film is selected.
The existing gold and silver lines have more defects in the aspects of abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance and the like, so that the acid and alkali resistance and the performance of the gold and silver lines are improved.
The method also comprises the step (6) of acid treatment after yarn steaming: treating in acetic acid solution with pH of 5 at-60 deg.C for 30 min, taking out, soaking in 3% oxalic acid solution, and treating at 60 deg.C for 10 min.
Further, the method also comprises a step (7) of alkaline treatment after the acidic treatment: soaking in 0.5% soap water and 0.2% sodium carbonate solution, treating at 60 deg.C for 30 min, taking out, washing with deionized water, and oven drying at 120 deg.C.
Through testing, the gold and silver threads on the garment fabric of the first embodiment and the second embodiment can be embroidered on the triangular needle equipment under the condition of no broken ends. And the acid and alkali resistance time is improved by 50 percent and 60 percent.

when in embroidery, the needle bar of the triangular needle device is lifted by 0.1-0.2cm at the standard position so as to advance the thread hooking time; the hook tip of the rotating shuttle hooks at the position of 0.2-0.3cm above the needle hole, and the speed of the rotating shuttle is 2800 and 3000 revolutions per minute;
the decorative line is a gold and silver line;
the preparation process of the metallic yarns is as follows:
(1) coloring: uniformly mixing a dye, resin and a solvent, and coating the mixture on the surface of an electroplating film;
(2) splitting: cutting the raw materials into different widths according to requirements to prepare the metallic yarns;
(3) twisting: processing a metallic yarn and at least one monofilament into a metallic yarn composite yarn by a computer silk winder and winding the metallic yarn composite yarn on a bobbin to form the metallic yarn composite yarn;
(4) and (3) secondary twisting: processing at least two strands of the wound metallic composite yarns into a multi-strand yarn containing a metallic yarn on a composite twisting machine or processing a monofilament and at least one strand of the wound metallic composite yarns together into a multi-strand yarn containing a metallic yarn on the composite twisting machine; during processing, the single twist of the composite twisting machine is controlled to be 340-360 twists/m, and the double twist is controlled to be 240-260 twists/m;

The production process of the garment material with embroidery effect as claimed in claim 3, further comprising the step (7) of alkaline treatment after the acid treatment: immersing in 0.5-1% soapy water and 0.2-0.3% sodium carbonate solution, treating at 50-60 deg.C for 30-40 min, taking out, washing with deionized water, and drying at 100-120 deg.C.
