Abstract

본 발명은 하우징에 형성된 보어를 통해 연장하는 축과 하우징 사이에 시일을 제공하는 환형 윤활유 시일 조립체에 관한 것으로, 거기서 축과 하우징은 서로에대해 회전가능하다. 시일 조립체는 보어에 눌려 끼워맞춰지는 환형 외부 케이스와, 축에 장착되는 환형 내부 케이스를 포함한다. 외부 케이스의 부분들은 내부 케이스의 부분들에 인접하게 연장하나 그로 부터 이격되어 있다. 탄성 시일 부재는 외부 케이스에 고정된다. 시일 부재에 형성된 가요성 립들은 외부 케이스에 인접하게 배치된 내부 케이스의 축방향과 반경방향으로 연장하는 부분들 모두와 결합한다. 그 결과, 시일 부재는, 축이 사용 중 하우징에 관련해 축방향 또는 반경방향으로 움직일지라도 축에 대해 확실한 시일을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 하우징에 형성된 보얼ㄹ 통해 연장하는 축과 하우징 사이에 시일을 제공하는 시일 조립체로서, 축에 장착되고, 축방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분과 반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분을 포함하는 내부 케이스; 하우징 위 보어 안에 상기 내부 케이스를 중심으로 장착되고, 제1, 제2반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분을 포함하는 외부 케이스; 축방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분과 반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분을 포함하는 차폐물로서, 상기 축방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분이 상기 외부 케이스의 상기 제1, 제2반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분에 의해 결합되 상기 차폐물을 그리로 고정하는 상기 차폐물; 및 상기 외부 케이스에 부착되고, 상기 내부 케이스와 상기 차폐물의 상기 반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분들 사이에 배치되며, 상기 내부 케이스의 상기 축방향으로 연장하고 반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분들과 결합해 축과 하우징 사이에 시일을 제공하는 탄성 시일 부로 이루어지는 시일 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 케이스의 상기 반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분의 일부는 상기 외부 케이스의 일부에 인접하게 연장하나, 그로 부터 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 조립체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 케이스가 제2반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분, 상기 차폐물에 상기 반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분의 일부에 인접하게 연장하나 그로부터 이격돠어 있는 상기 내부 케이스의 상기 제2반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분이 일부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차폐물이 상기 반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분을 통해 형성된 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 조립체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 차폐물이 상기 반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분을 통해 형성되 다수의 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 조립체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차폐물의 상기 반경방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분은 상기 내부 케이스의 상기 축방향으로 연장하는 다리에 인접하나 그로 부터 이격되게 끝나는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 조립체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 케이스가 상기 축방향으로 연장하는 다리 부분의 내부 원주면에 부착된 탄성물질층을 가고, 그 층은 상기 내부 케이스를 축에 장착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 조립체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 층이 포선형 내면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 조립체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 포선형 내면이 일반적으로 경사로 형태의 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 시일 조립체.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시일 부재가 상기 내부 케이스의 상기 축방향으로 연장하는 다리와 탄성적으로 결합하는 제1가요성립을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 조립체.
  11. 제10함에 있어서, 상기 시일 부재가 상기 내부 케이스의 상기 축방향으로 연장하는 다리와 탄성적으로 결합하는 제2가요성 립을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 조립체.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 시일 부재가 상기 내부 케이스의 상기 축방향으로 연장하는 다리와 탄성적으로 결합하는 제3가요성 립을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 조립체.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 시일 부재가 상기 제3가요성 립을 중심으로 배치되 그섯을 상기 내부 케이스의 상기 축방향으로 연장하는 다리와 탄성적으로 결합하게 강제하는 가아터 스프링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 조립체.
