Abstract

본 발명은 의류건조기의 필터막힘 감지방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 의류건조를 수행함에 따라 미세의류입자가 필터에 포집되고 이 포집량이 증가하여 필터커버의 필터막힘 표시가 선명해질때 사용자가 필터의 막힘정도를 육안으로 판별하여 하므로 정확한 필터 청소를 알지 못하고 이에따라 건조효율이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
이러한 점을 감안하여 본 발명에서는 필터의 포집량이 증가함에 따라 히터의 전류변동을 점검하고 전압변동에 따른 기준레벨값과 비교하여 전류값이 기준레벨보다 일정횟수이상 작으면 필터 막힘으로 판단하여 사용자에게 필터청소시기를 경보함으로써 사용자의 불편과 번거로움을 해서시키고 건조효율을 향상시키며 의류의 청결을 유지한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 부하제어부(7)를 통해 모터(9)와 히터(10)를 온시킨 후 마이컴(6)의 타이머로 계측하여 계측시간(t1)이 일정시간(1분)이상이면 플래그(xflag)가 세트되었는지 판별하는 제1단계와, 상기 플래그(xflag)가 리세트이면 상기 히터(10)가 오프에서 온이 되었는지 판별하여 온이 되었을때 계측시간(t2)이 일정시간(20초)이상이면 상기 플래그(xflag)를 세트시키는 제2단계와, 상기 플래그(xflag)가 세트되었을때 마이컴(6)은 전압변동감지부(5)의 출력을 감지하여 기준레벨값(VR)을 설정하고, 전류감지트랜스(4)의 전류값 (CT)과 비교하여 기준값(VR)이 큰 경우가 일정횟수 이상이면 필터막힘으로 판단하여 표시하는 제3단계를 특징으로 하는 의류건조기의 필터막힘 감지방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 공급전압의 변동으로 전류감지트랜스(4)의 전류값 (CT)이 저하되었을때 마이컴(6)은 전압변동감지부(5)의 전압변동율을 감지하여 이 전압변동율이 일정량이상이면 필터막힘으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류건조기의 필터막힘 감지방법.
