Abstract

생체 투여후에 거의 모든 투여량의 사이토킨이 간으로 급속히 이동될 수 있고, 간 질환 치료의 효과를 증대시키고 부작용을 경감시키기 위해 유리하게 사용될 수 있는 당-변성 사이토킨이 개시되어 있다.

제1도는 3 ×106단위의 쥐 정맥 투여시에 비-변성 또는 갈락토오스-변성 인터페론-αA의 혈청 수준의 시간에 따른 측정값 변화를 나타낸 것이다,
제2도는 비-변성 및 갈락토오스-변성 인터페론-αA의 간장 이동을 쥐 간 관류법에 의해 측정한 실험 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (19)

  1. 하기식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 변성기가 사이토킨의 적어도 하나의 1차 아미노기에 결합되어 이루어진 당-변성 사이토킨:
    R-X- (Ⅰ)
    〔상기식에서, R은 실리코실기를 나타내고; X는
    (식중, n은 임의 양의 정수이다)
    , C6H4-NH-CS-, -S-CH2-CO-NH-CH2-CH2-, -O-CH2-CH2-, -CS-NH-C6H3(CH3)-NHCS-, -CO-(CH2)ℓ-CO-
    (식중, ℓ은 3 내지 6의 정수이다)
    -CO-CH(OH)-CH(OH)-CO-,
    (식중, Y는 상기 정의된 것과 동일한 의미를 갖는다)
    을 나타낸다〕
