Abstract

본 발명은 초지기프레스파트에 적용하는 통지장치에 관한 거승로서, 프레스파트의 통지작업을, 작업경함이 적은 사람이라도 용이하게, 또한 간단히 할 수 있는 프레스파트통지장치의 제공을 목적으로 하며, 초지기의 프레스파트의 통지를 행하는 장치에 있어서, 흡인전송롤(8')을 사용해서 롤 내부의 진공존을 레일존과 전체폭존으로 분할하는 도시에, 동 진공존의 절환을 가능한 구조로 하고, 또 프레스롤에 대해서 저닙(低nip)의 가압개방가능한 구조로 하는 단수 또는 복수조의 흡입전송롤(7')(8')을 구비하고, 또한 통지용레일을 폭방향으로 절단하는 레일 절단장치(3)를 배치해서 이루진 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 내부의 진공존을 레일존과 전체폭존으로 분활하는 동시에 동 진공존의 절환을 가능하게 하고, 또 프레스롤에 대해서 가볍게 가압하고, 또한 가압을 개방가능한 적어도 단수조의 흡입전송롤, 및 통지용테일을 폭방향으로 절단하는 레일전단장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 초지기의 프레스파트 통지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 센터롤 및 롤롤로부터의 종이벗기기를 보조하는 에어제트노즐을 배설해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 초지기의 프레스파트 통지장치.
  3. 내부의 진공존을 레이존과 전체폭존으로 분할하는 동시에 동 진공존이 절환기 가능하고 프레스률에 협동하는 적어도 단수조의 흡입전소롤, 및 통지용테일을 폭방향으로 절단하는 레일절단장치를 구비하고, 또한 상기 프레스롤둘레에 불랭킷이 장비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초지기의 프레스파트 통지장치.
