Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 화합물;
[상기식에서, X는임의로 치환된 아릴 또는, 임의로 치환된 헤테로시클일이고, Q는 임의로 치환된 1-(1,2,4-트리아졸일) 또는 4-(1,2,4-트리아졸릴) 이며 ; Z는 시아노, 알콕시카르보닐, (C1∼C12)알킬, 할로(C1∼C12)알킬, (C2-C8)알케닐, 할로(C2-C8)알케닐, (C2-C8)알키닐, (C2-C8)시클로알킬, (C2∼C8)시클로알케닐, 시클로알킬알킬, 아릴, 아르알킬, 헤테로시클일 또는 헤테로시클일알킬로써, 다만 X와 Z가 동시에 헤테로시클일기는 아니며; W는 -OK, -OR, -OR'OR", -OR'Y, -OR'COOR", -OR'OCOR', -NB2, 모르폴리닐, 피페리디닐, 알킬 치환된 피페리디닐, 또는 X와 결합할 경우 락톤을 형성하는 산소이고; B는 독립적으로 수소, (C1∼C12)알킬, 히드록시(C3-5C)알킬 또는 (C2-C6)알케닐중에서 선택되고: R은 모두 임으로 할로겐화될 수 있는, (C1∼C12)알킬, X, (C3∼C8)알케닐, (C3∼C8)알케닐, (C3∼C8)시클로알킬(C1∼C5)알킬, 시아노알킬, 히드록시 (C2∼C4)알킬 또는 에폭시알킬이거나, 또는 수소이며, 다만 Z가 페닐인 결우, W는 NB2가 아니고. Z가 메틸인 경우 W는 메톡시가 아니며: R'는 (CH(CH3)-)p(-C2-)n또는 (-CH2-)qCH=CH(-CH2-)n이고: n은 0∼6의 정수이고, p는 0또는 1이며, 다만 n과 P가 동시에 0은 아니며: q및 m은 각기 독립하여 0∼3의 정수이고: R"은 모두 임의로 할로겐화될 수 있는, (C1∼C6)알킬, X, Y-알킬 또는 (C1∼C2)트리알킬실릴(C1∼C4)알킬이거나 또는 수소이고, Y는 모두 임의로 치환될 수 있는, 페닐, 나프틸, 피페리디닐, 트리아졸일, 피라지닐, 프탈이미도, 모르폴리닐, 피리딜, 티에닐, 푸릴 또는 시클로알킬이다.] 그리고 농경학적으로 허용가능한 그의 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염류 및 금속염 착화합물의 화합물과 화합물과, 농경학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 포함하여 이루어지는 살균성 및 제초성 조성물을 제공한다. 따라서 본 발명의 화합물은 살균제 및 제초제로 유용 하다.

Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식 (I )으로 표시되는 화함물;
    [상기식에서, X는 임의로 치환된 아릴 또는, 임의로 치환된 헤테로 시클일 이고 : Q는 임의로 치환된 1- (1,2,4-트리아졸일) 또는 4-(1,2,4-트리아졸릴)이며 : Z는 시아노, 알콕시카르보닐, (C1∼C12)알킬, 할로(C1∼C12)알킬, (C2∼C8)알케닐, 할로(C2∼C8)알케닐, (C2∼C8)알키닐, (C3∼C8)시클로알킬, (C5∼C8)시클로알케닐, 시클로알킬알킬, 아릴, 아르알킬, 헤테로시클일 또는 헤테로시클일알킬로써, 다만 X와 Z가 동시에 헤테로시클일기는 아니며: W는 -OK, -OR, -OR'OR" -OR'Y, -OR'COOR", -OR'OCOR", -NB2, 모르폴리닐, 피페리디닐, 알킬 치환된 피페리디닐, 또는 X와 결합할 경우 락톤을 형성하는 산소이고, B는 독립적으로 수소, (C1~C12)알킬, 히드록시(C3∼5C)알킬 또는 (C2,∼C6)알케닐중에서 선택되고; R은 모두 임의로 할로겐화될 수 있는, (C1∼C12)알킬, X, (C3∼C8)알케닐, (C3∼C8)알케닐, (C3∼C8)시클로알킬(C1∼C5)알킬, 시아노알킬, 히두록시 (C2∼C4)알킬 또는 에폭시알킬이거나, 또는 수소이며, 다만 Z가 페닐인 경우. W는 NB2가 아니고, Z가 메틸인 경우 W는 메톡시가 아니며: R'는 (CH(CH3)-)P(-CH2-)n 또는 (-CH2-)qCH=CH(-CH2-)m이고; n은 0~6의 정수이고, p는 0또는 1이며, 다만 n과 P가 동시에 0은 아니며: q및 m은 각기 독립하여 0∼3의 정수이고; R"은 모두 임의로 할로겐화될 수 있는, (71∼C6)알킬, X, Y-알킬 또는 (C1∼C2)트리알킬실릴(C1∼C4)알킬이거나 또는 수소이고; Y는 모두 임의로 치환될 수 있는, 페닐, 나프틸, 피페리디닐, 트리아졸일, 피라지닐. 프탈이미도, 모르폴리닐, 피리딜, 티에닐, 푸릴 또는 시클로알킬이다.] 그리고 농경학적으로 허용가능한 그의 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염류 및 금속염 착화합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Z가 (C1∼C8)알킬, (C5∼C7)시클로알킬, 페닐, 벤질 또는 페네틸, 또는 그의 방향족 고리가 1또는 2개의 할로겐원자 또는 트리할로메틸 치환체로 치환된 페닐, 벤질 또는 페네틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 화함물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, X가 4위치에서 염소, 메톡시 및 에톡시로 치환된 페닐이고, Z가 (C1∼C6)알킬, (C5∼C6)시클로알킬, 페닐, 벤질, 페네틸 또는 모노클로로 치환된 페닐, 벤질 또는 페네틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, Z가 부틸, 벤질, 2-클로로벤질 또는 4-클로로페네틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R이 (C1∼C12)알킬, (C3∼C4)알케닐, (C3∼C4)알키닐, (C1∼C2)알킬페닐이고, R"가 수소, (C1∼C6)알킬 또는 (C1∼C2)알킬페닐인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, X가 페닐, 4-클로로페닐, 2,4-디클로로페닐. 2-(C1∼C4)알콕시페닐, 2-플루오로페닐이거나 또는 W에서 락톤을 형성하는 2위치가 -0-로 치환된 페닐이고, 2는 에틸, n-부틸, 시클로펜틸, 벤질, 2-클로로벤질 또는 4-클로로페네틸이고, W는 -0- 또는 OR (여기에서 R은 (C1∼C12)알킬이다)인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서. X가 4-클로로페닐, 2,4-디클로로페닐, 2-(C1∼C4)알콕시페닐, 2-플루오로페닐 또는 페닐; 또는 W에서 락톤을 형성하는 2-위치가 -0-로 치환된 페닐이고; Z가 에틸, n-부틸, 시클로펜틸, 벤질, 2-클로로벤질 또는 4-클로로페네틸이고: W는 -OR'COOR"(여기에서 R'는 프로페닐렌일이고 R"는 메틸이다)인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, X가 4-클로로페닐이고 Z가 n-부틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  9. 농경학적으로 허용가능한 담체와 살균적으로 유효한 양의 제1항의 화합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 살균성 조성물.
  10. 제1항의 화합물의 살균적으로 유효한 양을 구제되기를 원하는 장소에 살포하는 것으로 이루인지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진균의 구제방법.
  11. 농경학적으로 허용가능한 담체와 제초적으로 유효한 양의 제1항의 화합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제초성 조성물.
  12. 제1항의 화합물의 제초적으로 유효한 양을 제초되기를 원하는 장소에 살포하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 불필요한 식물의 생장을 억제하는 방법.
