Abstract

로우더 콘베이어의 라인위치를 전기계의 반송콘베이어의 라인위치 및 수납매거진의 위치에 자동적으로 조정가능해서, 그 작업준비를 위한 시간을 대폭감소 시킨다.
리이드프레임(3)을 수납하는 수납매거진(1)을 위치로 정해 실어 승강하는 엘레베이타(14)와 수납쪽의 전기계의 반송콘베이어(3)로부터 반송되어온 리이드프레임(2)을 수납매거진(1)측으로 반송하는 로우더 콘베이어(30)와를 비치해서 로우더 콘베이어(30)를 리이드 프레임(2)의 반송방향과 직교하는 수평방향으로 이송모타(2)와 이송나사(24)에 의해 이동 시킨다.

Claims (1)

  1. 박판부재를 수납하는 수납매거진을 위치를 결정해 실어승강하는 엘레베이타와, 수납측의 전기계의 반송콘베이어에서 반송되어온 박판부재를 실어 수납매거진쪽에 반송하는 로우더 콘베이어와를 구비한 박판부재 수납장치에, 있어서, 상기 로우더 콘베이어를 박판부재의 반송방향과 직교하는 수평방향으로 이동시키는 로우더 콘베이어 구동수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 박판부재 수납장치.
