본 발명은 범용 컴퓨터등의 본체와 연결되어 본체에서 전송되는 음성데이타 및 제어데이타에 따라 음성을 출력하는 음성카드에서 음성 및 제어신호에 노이즈성분이 혼입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 노이즈방지장치에 관한 것으로, 슈미트트리거회로 또는 TTL회로로 구성된 복수개의 버피를 구비하여, 카드의 각 부를 리세트시키는 리세트신호와, 각 부에 클록신호를 제공하는 국부발진신호와, 동기 및 명령의 순서를 제어하기 위한 카운터의 출력신호에 포함된 노이즈성분을 각각제거하고, 외부에서 인가되는 전원전압에 포함된 리플성분을 제거함으로써, 음성카드의 각 부의 동작에 에러가 발생하는것을 방지함과 아울러 출력되는 음성의 질을 보다 향상시킬 수 있다.The present invention relates to a noise prevention device for preventing noise components from being mixed in a voice and a control signal in a voice card which is connected to a main body such as a general-purpose computer and outputs a voice according to the voice data and control data transmitted from the main body.
