Abstract

본 발명은 고정원으로부터 배출되는 배연가스중에 함유된 유해가스중 아황산가스와 질소산화물을 제거하는데 유용한 갈탄챠르 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 갈탄챠르 제조방법은, 원료갈탄을 유동층 반응기에 장입하고 질소, 산소 및 수중기로 이루어진 유동화가스를 공급하여 유동화시키는 한편 유동화 반응기 내부온도를 500∼800℃로 가열하여 갈탄의 열분해가 일어나도록 하여 열분해의 결과 생성된 갈탄챠르를 포집하는 공정으로 이루어진다.
본 발명의 방법에 의해 얻어진 갈탄챠르는 탈황 및 탈징성능 모두 종래의 탄소제품에 비해 우수하고 제조비용면에서도 경제적이라는 이점이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 배연가스중에 함유된 아황산가스와 질소산화물을 제거하는데 유용한 챠르의 제조방법에 있어서, 갈탄을 유동층 반응기에서 열분해하여 갈탄챠르를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 갈탄챠르 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열분해온도가 500∼800℃ 것을 특징으로 하는 갈탄챠르 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유동화가스는 산소 0∼6%와 수증기 0∼17.9% 및 나머지 질소로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 갈탄챠르 제조방법.
