SE ENFRIA EL GAS BRUTO PROCEDENTE DE LA GASIFICACION, PRODUCIENDOSE ENTONCES UN CONDENSADO HIDRATADO. EL CONDENSADO SE QUEMA, POR LO MENOS PARCIALMENTE, EN UNA COMBUSTION DE CAPA O LECHO TURBULENTO A TEMPERATURAS DE ENTRE UNOS 750 Y 1.000º; EL GAS DE COMBUSTION ASI PRODUCIDO, CONTENIENDO VAPOR DE AGUA, ES CONDUCIDO HACIA LA OPERACION DE GASIFICACION. EL CONDENSADO QUE SE OBTIENE AL ENFRIARSE EL GAS BRUTO PUEDE SER LIMPIADO, AL MENOS PARCIALMENTE, EXTRAYENDO EL POLVO Y EL ALQUITRAN EN UN SEPARADOR, ANTES DE CONDUCIR EL CONDENSADO A LA OPERACION DE COMBUSTION EN LECHO TURBULENTO. LA COMBUSTION EN LECHO TURBULENTO TRABAJA PREFERENTEMENTE COMO CAPA TURBULENTA EN CIRCULACION.
