Abstract

본 발명은 계면활성제 0.01 내지 10중량%, 과산화수소 0.5 내지 15중량%, 과산화물 표백 활성호제 0.01 내지 5중량%, 디-리모넨 0.0l 내지 10중량%, pH조절제 0.01 내지 0.1중량% 및 물 30 내지 90중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액체 표백제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 상기 조성에 따라 상온의 물에 계면활성제를 가하고, 혼합물의 온도를 50 내지 100℃로 상승시키고, 과산호물 표백 활성화제를 투입 교반하고, 상기 과산화물 표백 활성화제가 완전히 용해된 후, 서서히 온도를 낮추어 25 내지 50℃에서 디-리모넨 및 기타 첨가제를 가하고 난 후, 완성된 조성물을 상온에서 안정화시켜 제조한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 계면활성제 0.01 내지 10중량%, 과산화수소 0.5 내지 15중량5, 과산화물 표백 활성화제 0.01 내지 5중량%, 디-리모넨 0.01 내지 10중량%, pH조절제 0.01 내지 0.1중량% 및 물 30 내지 90중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액체 표백제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, pH가 7이하, 바람직하게 5 이하, 더욱 바람직하게는 5 내지 2임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, pH조절제는 무기산 및 유기산중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하이드로트로프제, 킬레이트제, 산화방지제, 형광증백제, 증점제, 향로 등의 기타 첨가제를 더욱 포함할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 상온의 물에 계면활성제를 가하고, 혼합물의 온도를 50내지 100℃로 상승시키고, 과산화물 표백 활성화제를 투입 교반하고, 상기과산화물 표백 활성화제가 완전히 용해된 후, 서서히 온도를 낮추어 25 내지 50℃에서 디-리모넨 및 첨가제를 가하고 난 후, 완성된 조성물을 상온에서 안정화시킴을 특징으로 하는 액체 표백제 조성물의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 기타 첨가제는 하디드로트로프제, 킬레이트제, 산화방지제, 형광증백제, 증점제, 향료등으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
