Abstract
본 발명은 기지의 경화 촉진제에 어떤 저분자량의 글리콜 예를들면 글리세롤과 에틸렌 글리콜을 혼입한 경화촉진제로서 수경시멘트, 몰탈 및 콘크리트의 초기 경화 시간을 대폭적으로 감소시키며 저온 경화 촉진제로서 유용하다.

Claims (17)
- a)경화촉진성분, 및 b)상기 경화촉진성분의 경화촉진성질을 증진시키기에 유효한 양의 C2내지 C6의 글리콜 성분을 포함하는 수경시멘트 결합제 함유 시멘트 조성물의 경화시간을 축소시키는 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제에서 상기 글리콜 성분의 양이 글리콜과 경화 촉진성분의 합산중량을 기준으로 약 0.05내지 40중량%인 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제에서 상기 글리콜 성분의 양이 글리콜과 경화 촉진성분의 합산중량을 기준으로 약 2.0내지 30중량%인 첨가지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화촉진성분은 알칼리 또는 알카리 토금속의 유기 또는 무기산 염 또는 이들의 혼합물인 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화촉진성분이 칼슘나이트레이트, 칼슘나이트라이트와 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 첨가제.
- a)경화촉진성분과 b) 상기 경화촉진성분의 경화촉진성질을 증가시키게 유효한 양의 C2내지 C6의 글리콜성분과 수경시멘트 결합제를 포함하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 글리콜 성분의 양이 상기 조성물에서 수경 시멘트 결합제를 기준으로 약 0.05% s/s내지 1.0% s/s인 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 글리콜 성분의 양이 상기 조성물에서 수경 시멘트 결합제를 기준으로 약 0.1% s/s내지 0/75% s/s인 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 경화촉진성분이 알칼리 또는 알카리토금속 유기 또는 무기산 염 또는 이들의 혼합물인 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 경화촉진성분이 칼슘나이트레이트, 칼슘나이트라이트와 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 조성물.
- 수경시멘트 결합제에 a)경화촉진성분 및 b)상기 경화촉진성분의 경화촉진성질을 증진시키기에 유효한 양의 C2내지 C6의 글리콜 성분을 부가하는 시멘트 조성물 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 글리콜 성분의 양이 상기 조성물의 수경 시멘트 결합제를 기준으로 약 0.05% s/s내지 1.0 s/s인 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 글리콜 성분의 양이 상기 조성물의 수경 시멘트 결합제를 기준으로 약 0.1% s/s내지 0.75% s/s인 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 경화촉진성분이 알칼리 또는 알카리토금속의 유기산 또는 무기산 염 또는 이들의 혼합물인 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 경화촉진성분이 칼슘나이트레이트, 칼슘나이트라이트와 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 제조방법.
- 수경 시멘트 결합제를 함유한 시멘트 조성물의 경화시간을 단축하기 위하여 a)알카리토금속나이트레이트 및 알카리토금속나이트라이트를 포함하는 경화촉진 성분과, b)상기 경화촉진성분의 경화촉진성질을 증가시키기에 유효한 양의 C2내지 C6의 글리콜 성분을 포함하는 부식억제 및 경화촉진 첨가제.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 글리콜 성분이 글리세롤이고 상기 경화촉진 성분이 칼슘나이트레이트와 칼슘나이트라이트인 부식억제 및 경화촉진 첨가제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
