Abstract

본 발명은 코팅의 경화속도를 증대시키기에 충분한 엔아민 함량을 코팅제에 부가하여 이루어지는 코팅의 광-보조 경화 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 아세토아세틸 작용기를 갖는 비닐 중합체를, 이 아세토아세틸기를 엔아민으로 전환시기기에 충분한 양의 암모니아 또는 일차 아민과 혼합하고, (b) 반응물이 평형이 되기에 충분한 시간동안 이 혼합물을 저장하고. (c) pH를 9로 상승시키기에 충분한 양의 암모니아 또는 일차 아민을 첨가하고 (d) 코팅제가 기재에 처리될 때까지 pH를 9로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅제의 제조방법을 제공한다.
이 코팅은 광에 노출시켰을 때에는 개선된 내후성과 광택유지를 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 자외선에 노출되는 기재에 처리하는 코팅제의 제조방법에 있어서, (a)아세토아세틸 작용기를 갖는 비닐중합체를, 이 아세토아세틸기를 엔아민으로 전환시기기에 충분한 양의 암모니아 또는 일차 아민과 혼합하고, (b)반응물이 평행이 되기에 충분한 시간동안 이 혼합물을 저장하고, (c) pH를 9로 상승시키기에 충분한 양의 암모니아 또는 일차 아민을 첨가하고 (d) 코팅제가 기재에 처리될 때까지 pH를 9로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, pH가 9.5로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 기재표면상에 경화된 코팅을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제1항에 의해 제조된 코팅제를 기재에 처리하고, 코팅된 기재를 요망되는 정도외 경화가 이루어지기에 충분한 시간 동안 자외선에 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 태양광에 노출되었을 때에 향상된 경화속도를 나타내는 외부 코팅을 아세토아세틸기를 갖고 있는 비닐 중합체로부터 제조하는 방법어 있어서, (a) 아세토아세틸 작용기를 갖는 비닐 중합체를, 아세토아세틸기를 엔아민으로 전환시기기에 충분한 양의 암모니아 또는 일차 아민과 혼합하고, (b) 반응물이 평행이 되기에 충분한 시간동안 이 혼합물을 저장하고, (c) pH를 9로 상승시키기에 충분한 양의 암모니아 또는 일차 아민을 첨가하고 (d) 코팅제가 기재에 처리될 때까지 pH를 9로 유지하고 (e) 이 코팅제를 기재상에 처리하고, (f) 기재상에 처리된 코팅을 태양광에 소정시간 이상 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항의 방법으로 만든 생성물로 되는 코팅.
  6. 촉진된 광경화능력을 나타내는 아세토아세틸 작용기를 갖는 비닐중합체로부터 제조되는 외부코팅으로써, 수성 매체중의 아세토아세틸 작용성 중합체와, 아세토아세틸 작용기 및 공중합된 산기를 기준으로 과잉몰의 암모니아 또는 일차 아민으로 이루어지고, pH 9로 조절된 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 코팅.
  7. 아세토아세틸기를 암모니아 또는 일차 아민과 반응시킨 생성물인 엔아민 작용기를 가진 비닐 중합체로 이루어지며, pH가 9로 조절된 외부 코팅조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 코팅의 pH 9.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서. 상기 중합체가 비전환 아세토아세틸기를 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 비전환 아세토아세틸기를 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
