Abstract

콘크리트 거푸집용 합판을 제조함에 있어서 합판의 양면을 구성하는 베니아에 석탄산 수지를 침투시켜 합판을 제조하는 것임.
특히 베니아에 석탄산 수지를 시킬때 수지를 베니아 표면에 도포하고 이면에서 진공 흡입하므로서 수지의 침투율을 향상 시키고 연속 작업이 가능 하도록 하고 수지의 균일한 침투가 달성 되도록 하였음.

Claims (4)

  1. 베니아를 표리면에 접합하여 합판을 제조함에 있어서, 합판의 표리면을 구성하는 베니아를 수지 도포 코타 사이로 통과시켜 베니아 표면에 석탄산 수지 초기 축합물을 도포하고 진공 로라 사이를 통과시켜 수지 침투처리한 다음 최종 압착하여 공지의 합판 제조 방법에 따라 증판도포, 냉압 및 열압 공정을 거침을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 거푸집용 합판 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 1항에서, 수지 함침 베니아가 석탄산 수지를 고형분 기준으로 30-40g/ft2함유하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 청구범위 1항에서, 최종 압착 공정을 거친 수지함침 베니아가 건조하지 않은 상태에서 공지의 합판 제조 공정으로 이송됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 청구범위 1항에서, 최종 압착 공정을 거친 수지 함침 베니아가 건조된 후 공지의 합판 제조 공정으로 이송됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
