Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de bandas continuas de ennoblecimiento resistentes a la separación, que tienen resina sintética endurecida en el lado de la decoración, a base de papeles con un peso por unidad de superficie <= 60 g/m2, que son aplicadas por encolado sobre la superficie de placas de material de madera, caracterizado porque sobre el lado del papel pertinente para la impresión de decoración, se aplica primeramente, con una aplicación dosificada por rodillos, la solución o dispersión de una resina de impregnación endurecible en cantidades de al menos 8% (referido a la resina sólida) del peso de papel, pero como máximo en una cantidad tal que la resina no penetra hasta el lado trasero del papel y luego, después de sacar el papel impregnado, se imprime a éste decorativamente, y el papel impregnado e impreso se recubre a continuación de modo en sí conocido, eventualmente después de aplicar una capa intermedia, con la solución o dispersión de una resina endurecible y luego se sacay endurece.
