Abstract

본 발명은 캠축의 위상을 변화시켜 엔진의 전 회전수 영역에서 밸브의 개폐시기를 가변시킴으로서 고출력 및 저연비를 실현할 수 있는 자동차용 흡,배기밸브 개폐 가변장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
이를 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은, 캠축의 중공부 내축에 이동커어를 설치하여 이 이동코어와 캠축의 외주에 치차결합된 가변기어를 서로 연결함과 아울러 이 가변기의 외측에 구동력을 받아 회전하는 스프로켓을 치차결합하고 상기한 이동코어의 좌측에 제1유압실을 형성함과 아울러 스프로켓의 내측에 제2유압실을 형성하고, 상기한 제2유압실을 제어부의 방향전환밸브의 일축출구포트와, 그리고 제1유압실을 다른 출구포트와 각각 선택적으로 연결하여 제어부의 작동으로 캠축의 위상이 변화되도록 구성한 자동차요 흡,배기밸브 개폐 가변장치를 제공한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 실린더 헤드(1)상에 일측에 베어링을 개재하여 회전가능하게 설치된는 캠축(3)의 중공부에, 축방향으로 통로(13)(14)가 뚫려지고 이들 통로와 연통하여 뚫려지는 통로(12)에는 피스톤(6)이 설치되는 이동코어(5)와, 이 이동코어(5)와 연결로드(15)로 연결되어 함께 이동하며 일측에 스프링(21)이 탄지되고 내치차는 캠축(3)상의 헬리컬 기어(18)와 차차결하됨과 아울러 외치차는 스프로켓(19)의 내치차와 치차결합되는 가변기어(17)와, 상기한 스프로켓(19)이 가변기어(17)의 외측으로 위치함에 의해 형성되는 제 2유압실(B)과, 상기한 이동코어(5)의 통로(12)의 좌측에 스프링(10)에 의해 밀착되는 볼(11)D의 이동으로 개폐되는 제 1유압실(A)로 이루어지며, 상기한 제 2유압실(B)이 캠축(3)에 뚫려지는 경사통로(22)에 의해 통로(13)와 연통하여 방향전환밸브(26)의 작용으로 고압 또는 저압의 유체가 선택적으로 공급되어 캠축의 위상이 변화되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 흡, 배기밸브 개폐 가변장치.
