Abstract

본 발명은 다음 일 반식 (I)로 표시되는 신규한 N-치환된 페닐 -3,4-디메틸 -2- (S-치완된 티오) -5-옥소 -2, 5-디히드로 피를 유도체와 그 제조방법 및 상기 화합물을 제초제 또는 식물 성장 억제제로서 사용하는 것에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R1은 C2∼C6알킬, C6시클로 알킬, 치환된 벤질, 치환된 페닐 또는 알륵시 카르보닐 알킬기이고, 이때 벤질과 페닐의 치환체로는 클로로, 플로로, 메특시, 메틸 또는 니트로기이며, R2는 프로과질 또는 2-클로로 알릴기이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 다음 일반식(I)로 표시되는 N-치환된 페닐-3,4-디메틸-2-(S-치환된 티오)-5-옥소-2,5-디히드로 피를 유도체
    상기식에서, R,은 C2-C6알킬, C6시클로알킬, 치환된 벤질, 치환된 페닐 또는 알콕시카르보닐 알킬기이고, 이때 벤질과 페닐의 치환체는 클로로, 플로로, 메톡시, 메틸 또는 니트로기이며, R2는 프로파질 또는 2-클로로 알릴기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서. 상기 R1이 C3-C8알킬, C6시클로 알킬, 치환된 페닐기 이며, 이때 페닐의 치환체는 클로로, 플로로, 니트로, 메틸 또는 메톡시기인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (I)은 다옴 일반식 (I -a)로 표시되는 것인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (I)은 다음 일반식(I - b)로 표시되는 것인 화합물.
  5. 다음 일반식 (Ⅱ)로 표시되는 2,3-디메틸 말레무수산과 다음 일반식 (Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 2-플로로-4-클로로-5-히드록시 아닐린을 반옹시켜서 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 제조하고, 여기에 R2X를 반응시켜서 다음 일반식(V)의 화합물을 제조한 다음, 이를 환원시켜서 다음 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 얻은후 산촉매하에 R1SH와 반응시켜서 다음 일반식 (I)로 표시되는 N-치환된 페닐-3,4-디메틸-2-(S-치환된 티오)-5-옥소-2,5-디히드로 피롤유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식들중에서, Rl및 R2는 각각 상기 청구범위 제1항의 일반식 (I)에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  6. 다음 일반식 (I )로 표시되는 N-치환된 페닐-3,4-디메틸-2- (5-치환된 티오)-5-옥소-2,5-디히드로 피롤 유도체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 제초제.
    상기 식에서, R1, 및 R7는 상기 청구범위 제1항의 일반식 (I)에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제초제는 발아전 또는 발아후 처리에서 토마토, 밀, 대두 또는 옥수수 재배시에 사용되는 것.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제초제는 발아전 처리에서 대두 재배시에 사용되는 것.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제초제는 담수조건에서 사용되는 것.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제초제는 담수조건의 벼재배시 피의 선택적 방제용으로 사용되는 것.
