Claims (29)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 1,5-치환된 이미다졸 유도체, 그의 입체 화학적 이성질체 형태 및 그의 염;
    상기식에서, m이 0또는 1이고; A가 기
    이거나 또는 m이 0이면, 기이며; L이 시아노 또는 기
    X1이 수소, C1-C5알킬, C1-C5알콕시, 할로겐, C2-C5알켄일, 니트로, 아미노, C1-C5알킬카르보닐아미노, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 디플루오로메톡시이며; X2이 수소, C1-C5알킬,할로겐 또는 C1-C5알콕시이고; X3가 수소 또는 할로겐이고, R1및 R2가 각각 독립해서 수소, C1-C5알킬 또는 또는 C2-C5알켄일이며; 또는 R1이 R2가 이들을 갖는 탄소원자와 합쳐져서 스피로시클릭 C3-C7시클로알칸 고리를 형성하고; R3이 수소, C1-C5알킬, 할로겐, C1-C5알콕시 또는 히드록시이며, R4가 수소, C1-C5알킬, 할로겐 또는 C1-C5알콕시이고; 또는 R3및 R4가 이들을 갖는 탄소원자와 합쳐져서 카르보닐기를 형성하거나; 또는 R2및 R3은 C2-C5알킬렌 브릿지로, 이때 R5,R6,R7,R9및 R16이 수소, C1-C5알킬, -CH2-C2-C5알켄일, 벤질 또는 페닐이고; R8이 수소, -CO-R21또는 -SO2-R22이고, 이때 R10, R11, R12및 R17은 독립해서 수소, C1-C5알킬, C2-C5알켄일 또는 페닐이며; R13은 수소, 할로겐, C1-C5알콕시, 아미노, C1-C5알킬아미노 또는 이(di)C1-C5알킬아미노이며, 이때 R14및 R15는 독립해서 수소 또는 C1-C5알킬, C1-C5알콕시, 할로겐, 니트로, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 디플루오로메톡시이며; G가 산소, 황 또는 =N-R20이고; D가 산소, 황, -NR23-,또는이며, 이때, R20,R23,R24및 R25는 각각 독립해서 수소, C1-C5알킬, -CH2-C2-C5알켄일, -CH2-C2-C6-알킨일, C3-C7시클로알킬, C3-C7시클로알콕시, 페닐, C1-C5알콕시, 히드록시, 시아노,, 카르복시 또는 C1-C5알콕시 카르보닐에 의하여 치환된 C1-C5알킬이거나; 또는 R20및 R23은 이들을 함유하는 질소원자와 합쳐져서 비치환되거나 또는 C1-C5알킬치환된 피페리딘일, 피롤리딘일, 모르폴린인 또는 티오모르폴린일 고리를 형성하고; R21은 비치환되거나 C1-C5알콕시 또는 1 내지 3개의 할로겐 원자에 의하여 치환된 C1-C5알킬이거나, 또는 비치환되거나 또는 C1-C5알킬, C1-C5알콕시, 할로겐, C1-C5할로알킬, C|1-C5할로알콕시, 니트로 및 벤질군으로부터 선정된 1 또는 2개의 치환체에 의하여 치환된 페닐이며; 또 R22는 C1-C5알킬, C1-C5할로알킬 또는 비치환되거나 C1-C5알킬, C1-C|5알콕시, C1-C5할로알킬,C1-C5할로알콕시, 할로겐 및 니트로군으로부터 선정된 1 또는 2개의 치환체에 의하여 치환된 페닐임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X2및 X3가 수소인 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, X1이 수소, 염소, 메틸 또는 메톡시인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, L이 -COOR20또는 -CONR20R23인 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, L이 카르복시, 카르바모일, C1-C5알콕시카르보닐, C1-C|5알킬카르바모일, 이(di)-C1-C5알킬카르바모일 또는 C1-C5알콕시카르바모일인 화합물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, L이 메톡시카르보닐, 에톡시카르보닐, 메틸카르바모일 또는 메톡시카르바모일인 화합물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, R1, R2, R3및 R4가 각각 독립해서 수소 또는 메틸인 화합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, A가 하기기인 화합물.
    상기식에서, R6, R7, R9, 및 R10은 각각 독립해서 수소, C1-C5알킬 또는 페닐이고; R21은 C1-C5알킬, C1-C5클로로알킬, C2-C4알콕시 알킬 또는 페닐이며 ; 또 R22는 C1-C5알킬, 또는 비치환되거나 메틸, 염소 또는 니트로에 의하여 치환된 페닐임.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, A가 하기기인 화합물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, X1이 수소, 염소, 메틸 또는 메톡시; X2가 수소, 메틸 또는 메톡시; X3이 수소; L이 -COOR20또는 -CONR20R23; R1, R2, R3및 R4가 각각 독립해서 수소 또는 메틸; 또 A가 다음기
    (이때, R6, R7, R9, 및 R10이 각각 독립해서 수소, C1-C5알킬 또는 페닐이고; R21이 C1-C5알킬, C1-C5클로로알킬, C2-C|4알콕시알킬 또는 페닐이며; 또 R22가 C1-C5알킬 또는 비치환되거나, 메틸, 염소, 또는 니트로에 의하여 치환된 페닐임)인 화합물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, L이 카르복시, 카르바모일, C1-C5알콕시카르보닐, C1-C|5알킬카르바모일, 이(di)-C1-C5알킬카르바모일 또는 C1-C5알콕시 카르바모일이고 A가 다음기
    인 화합물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, L이 메톡시카르보닐, 에톡시카르보닐, 메틸카르바모일 또는 메톡시카르바모일인 화합물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 1-(2,2-디메틸-3-옥소인단-1-일)-5-이미다졸카르복시산 메틸 에스테르 화합물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 1-(2,2-디메틸-4-옥소테트랄린-1-일)-5-이미다졸카르복시산 메틸 에스테르 화합물.
  15. 제1항에있어서, 1,3-트랜스-1(3-브로모-2,2-디메틸-4-히드록시테랄린-1-일)-5-이미다졸카르복시산 메틸 에스테르 화합물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 1,3-시스-1-(3-브로모-2,2-디메틸-4-옥소테트랄린-1-일)-5-이미다졸카르복시산 메틸 에스테르 화합물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 1,4-트랜스-1-(2,2-디메틸-4-히드록시테트탈린-1-일)-5-이미다졸카르복시산 메틸 에스테르 화합물.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 1,3-시스-1-(2,2-디메틸-3-히드록시인단-1-일)-5-이미다졸카르복시산 메틸 에스테르 화합물.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 1,3-트랜스-1-(2,2-디메틸-3-히드록시인단-1-일)-5-이미다졸카르복시산 메틸에스테르 화합물.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 1,4-시스-1-(4-아세톡시-2,2-디메틸테트랄린-1-일)-5-이미다졸카르복시산 메틸 에스테르 화합물.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 1,4-트랜스-1-(4-아세톡시-2,2-디메틸 테트랄린-1-일)-5-이미다졸카르복시산 메틸 에스테르 화합물.
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 1-(2,2-디메틸-4-메틸리데닐인단-1-일)-5-이미다졸카르복시산 메틸 에스테르 화합물.
  23. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 산화제로 산화시키고 또 경우에 따라서, 생성한 카르보닐기 및/또는 치환체 L의 유도에 의하여 생성한 화합물을 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물로 전환시키는 것을 포함하는 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, L은 시아노 또는 C1-C5알콕시카르보닐이고 또 R1, R2, R3, R4, X1, X2,X3및 m은 일반식(Ⅰ)이하에서 주어진 의미를 갖는다.
  24. 담체 및/또는 기타 보조제 이외에 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 1,5-치환된 이미다졸 유도체 적어도 1개를 활성성분으로 함유하는 제초제 조성물.
  25. 잡초 또는 그의 소재지를 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제초제 유효량으로 처리시키는 것을 포함하는 잡초의 방제방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 유용식물의 작물에서 잡초를 선택적으로 방제하기 위한 방법.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 유용식물의 작물이 곡류, 사탕수수, 평지(rape), 간장콩, 옥수수 또는 쌀인 방법.
  28. 제26항에 있어서, 유용식물의 작물이 쌀인 방법.
  29. 제26항에 있어서, 유용식물의 작물이 옥수수인 방법.
