본 발명은 탄소섬유를 열경화성 수지에 함침하여 탄소섬유 예비쉬트로 만든후, 이 예비쉬트를 배향각을 주면서 적층한 다음, 진공성형하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 적절한 배향각은 20~30도이며, 탄소섬유 예비쉬트의 탄소섬유:열경화성 수지의 조성비가 50~70중량%이고, 그 적층수는 4이상이다.The present invention is characterized in that the carbon fiber is impregnated with a thermosetting resin to form a carbon fiber preliminary sheet, and then the preliminary sheet is laminated while giving an orientation angle, followed by vacuum forming.
