Abstract
The invention discloses a carbon fiber solid wood board which sequentially comprises a first outer surface layer, a first carbon fiber cloth layer, a base layer, a second carbon fiber cloth layer and a second outer surface layer from top to bottom; the first outer surface layer, the first carbon fiber cloth layer, the base layer, the second carbon fiber cloth layer and the second outer surface layer are formed by pressing through a heavy flat press, and the two adjacent layers are bonded together through epoxy resin. The invention also provides a preparation process of the carbon fiber solid wood board, which comprises the following steps: 1) selecting carbon fiber cloth; 2) selecting solid wood; 3) dipping the glue; 4) and (5) preparing. The carbon fiber cloth, the solid wood and the epoxy resin are all environment-friendly materials, the adhesion degree of the epoxy resin is strong, the solid wood of the base layer is matched with the upper and lower layers of the carbon fiber cloth, the weather resistance is strong, the structure is stable, the carbon fiber cloth plays a supporting role, the stability is ensured, and the fireproof and flame-retardant functions are achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of carbon fiber solid wood boards, and particularly relates to a carbon fiber solid wood board and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Carbon fiber is used as an advanced composite material and widely applied to various fields such as aerospace, nuclear energy equipment, transportation, invisible weapons and the like. The carbon fiber not only has a series of excellent performances of high specific strength and specific modulus, low thermal expansion coefficient, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, creep resistance, self-lubrication and the like, but also has the characteristics of fiber flexibility, weavability and the like.
In order to further enhance the physical and chemical properties of the carbon fibers, the carbon fibers are usually compounded with other materials or plates, so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the properties.
At present, the plates of furniture are generally composite plates, but all the composite plates contain formaldehyde, so that the environment is polluted, and meanwhile, the composite plates can deform after being used for a long time, so that the use of the furniture is influenced.
In view of the situation, a carbon fiber solid wood board and a preparation process thereof are designed, the design is reasonable, carbon fiber cloth, solid wood and epoxy resin are all environment-friendly materials, the bonding degree of the epoxy resin is strong, the solid wood of a base layer is matched with the upper layer of the carbon fiber cloth and the lower layer of the carbon fiber cloth, the weather resistance is strong, the structure is stable, the carbon fiber cloth plays a supporting role, the stability of the solid wood board is ensured, and the middle solid wood with the thickness of 15-17MM is protected by the carbon fiber cloth on the front surface and the back surface, can not enter water and damp, and has the fireproof and flame-retardant functions.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the carbon fiber cloth, the solid wood and the epoxy resin are all environment-friendly materials, the bonding degree of the epoxy resin is strong, the solid wood of the base layer is matched with the upper and lower layers of the carbon fiber cloth, the weather resistance is strong, the structure is stable, the carbon fiber cloth plays a supporting role, the stability of the solid wood is ensured, and the solid wood with the thickness of 15-17MM in the middle is protected by the carbon fiber cloth on the front surface and the back surface, can not be wetted by water, and has the fireproof and flame-retardant functions.
The invention has simple and reliable process, greatly improves the processing efficiency, does not use materials containing formaldehyde in the whole process, and is environment-friendly and pollution-free.

The base layer is made of solid wood with the thickness of 15-17 mm. The second carbon fiber cloth layer is made of 2-level T300 woven carbon fiber cloth, and the thickness of the second carbon fiber cloth layer is 0.5-0.7 mm. The second outer skin is a second outer skin made of 3-5mm solid wood.
The carbon fiber cloth has a stable structure and a flame-retardant effect, and can be used for tensile, shear and seismic reinforcement of structural members, and the material and matched impregnating adhesive are jointly used to form a carbon fiber composite material, so that a complete carbon fiber cloth sheet with excellent performance can be formed.
The invention also provides a preparation process of the carbon fiber solid wood board, which comprises the following steps:

The invention has simple and reliable process, greatly improves the processing efficiency, does not use materials containing formaldehyde in the whole process, and is environment-friendly and pollution-free.
