Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an inorganic composite molding material having excellent performance by incorporating a central layer in which an inorganic light-weight aggregate is cured and bonded by phenol resin, an intermediate layer in which glass fiber mesh material is impregnated with phenol resin and cured, and a surface layer in which an inorganic light-weight aggregate is cured and bonded with phenol resin. CONSTITUTION:A central layer 1 is composed by curing and bonding an inorganic light-weight aggregate having 1mm or more of mean particle size with phenol resin, and intermediate layers 2 formed on both side faces of the layer 1 are composed by impregnating and curing glass fiber mesh material with phenol resin. A surface layer 3 formed on the layer 2 is composed by curing and bonding an inorganic light-weight aggregate having 0.7mm or less of mean particle size with phenol resin. The inorganic composite molding material has excellent performance, such as a light weight, refractory, brittle, heat insulating, waterproof, workable, and sanitary properties.
