본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 히드록시메틸테트라히드로피란(Ⅱ)을 동, 은 및(또는) 금 촉매 존재하에 탈수 소화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 약제 또는 작물 보호제 합성의 귀중한 중간체인 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 포르밀테트라히드로피란(Ⅰ)의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 히드록시메틸테트라히드로피란을 동, 은 및(또는) 금 촉매 존재하에 탈수 소화시키는것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 포르밀테트라히드로피란의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탈수소화가 환원적 조건하에서 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탈수소화가 산화적 조건하에서 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 사용되는 산화제가 산소 또는 공기인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탈수소화가 180내지 750℃에서 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성물이 필요한 경우 약염기 존재하에 물에 통과시킴으로써 안정화되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 금속형이나 또는 불활성 담체에 결합된 것인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 실리카 함유 담체를 함유하는 방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 촉매 담체가 약염기를 함유하는 방법.
