Abstract
본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 히드록시메틸테트라히드로피란(Ⅱ)을 동, 은 및(또는) 금 촉매 존재하에 탈수 소화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 약제 또는 작물 보호제 합성의 귀중한 중간체인 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 포르밀테트라히드로피란(Ⅰ)의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 히드록시메틸테트라히드로피란을 동, 은 및(또는) 금 촉매 존재하에 탈수 소화시키는것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 포르밀테트라히드로피란의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈수소화가 환원적 조건하에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈수소화가 산화적 조건하에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 사용되는 산화제가 산소 또는 공기인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탈수소화가 180내지 750℃에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성물이 필요한 경우 약염기 존재하에 물에 통과시킴으로써 안정화되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 금속형이나 또는 불활성 담체에 결합된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 실리카 함유 담체를 함유하는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 촉매 담체가 약염기를 함유하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
