Abstract

알콜올 산화 아연 및 / 또는 아연 염 및 수산화 금속 탈수소화 촉매의 존재하에 동일 반응계에서 알데하이드로 탈수소화시키고 환류 조건하에 상기 알데하이드를 즉시 용해량의 1차 지방족 아민으로 축합시켜 물을 계속 제거하여 상응하는 지방족 이민(시프염기)을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 고분자량의 옥소 알콜과 같은 지방족1가 알콜(에테르 알콜 포함)로 부터 지방족 이민 및/또는 아민의 제조 방법. 목적하는 바와 같이 상응하는 1차, 2차 또는 3차 아민을 제조하기 위해 공지된 방식으로 이민을 환원하거나 또는 환원 아민화에 의해 상응하는 지방족 아민을 제조할 수 있다. 이민을 제조하는 단계가 가장 중요하고 본 발명의 아연/수산화 금속 탈수소화 촉매계는 수율을 감소시키는 바람직하지 못한 2차 반응을 방지하기 위해 축합수의 연속제거와 결합하여 서서히 가해진 1차 아민과의 반응을 위해 알콜을 알데하이드로 온화하고 비용이 들지 않고 효율적으로 전환시키는 것을 밝혀졌다.

Claims (17)

  1. (a)에테르 알콜을 비롯한 고분자량의 지방족 알콜과, 산화 아연 및/또는 지방족 카복실산의 아연 염 및 수산화 알칼리 토금속 또는 수산화 알칼리 금속을 포함하는 촉매계와의 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, (b)상기 혼합물을 약 175℃ 내지 225℃의 환류 온도로 가열하면서, 동시에 상기 혼합물 중 지방족 알콜에 대해 최소한 등몰량의 지방족 이민을 얻기에 충분한 양의 1차 지방족 아민을 상기 혼합물에 서서히 가하고, 연속적으로 물을 제거함으로써, 상기 지방족 알콜을 탈수소화시켜 상응하는 알데하이드를 생성하는 즉시 상기 알데하이드를 상기 1차 아민과 반응시켜 상응하는 지방족 이민을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는, 고분자량의 지방족 알콜로부터의 고분자량의 지방족 이민의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 알콜이 옥소 알콜인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 알콜이 C6내지 C26알콜인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 알콜이 이량체 알콜인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매계가 수산화 알칼리 금속을 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연염이 스테아르산 아연을 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 촉매계가 또한 소량의 산화 아연을 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1차 지방족 아민이 C1내지 C24선형 지방족 아민인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 혼합물이 또한 소량의 상기 1차 지방족 아민을 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 공비제가 또한 단계(a)의 혼합물 중에 존재하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 공비제가 또한 단계(b)의 상기 혼합물에 서서히 가하는 방법.
  12. 단계 (b)에서 제조한 이민을 환원성 아미노화시켜 고분자량의 지방족 아민을 제조하는, 제1항에 따른 고분자량의 지방족 아민을 제조하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 이민을 암모니아 존재하에서 환원성 아미노화시켜 고분자량의 1차 지방족 아민을 제조하는 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 이민을 지방족 1차 아민의 존재하에 환원성 아미노화시켜 고분자량의 2차 지방족 아민을 제조하는 방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 이민을 지방족 2차 아민의 존재하에 환원성 아미노화시켜 고분자량의 3차 지방족 아민을 제조하는 방법.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 환원성 아미노화를 라니 니켈 촉매의 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
