Abstract
본 발명의 고강도 규산칼슘성형체는 규산칼슘수화물, C-S-H 및 석영이 혼합되어 있고 보강재로서 유리섬유 및 펄프를 포함하는 성형체로서, 이 성형체를 분말 X선 회절하였을 때의 Ti/Qi비가 0.1~1.0이 또 완전히 건조된 부피밀도가 0.3~0.7g/㏄인 천연 재료와 유사한 불연성 재료이다.

제1도는 제1실시예의 규산칼슘성형체의 결정구조를 나타내는 SEM사진(주사형 전자현미경사진), 제2도는 본 발명인 규산칼슘성형체의 절삭성을 시험하기 위한 방법을 나타내는 설명도, 제3도는 제5실시예의 규산칼슘성형체의 결정구조를 나타내는 SEM 사진.
Claims (4)
- 규산칼슘수화물, C-S-H 및 석영이 혼합되어 있고 보강재로서 유리섬유 및 펄프를 각각 2~10중량% 포함하는 성형체로서, 상기 성형체를 분말 X선회절하였을 때의 Ti/Qi비가 0.1~1.0이고 완전히 건조된 부피밀도가 0.3~0.7g/㏄인 고강도 규산칼슘성형체.
- (단, Ti 및 Qi는 각각 규산칼슘수화물결정의 (002)면, 석영결정의 (101)면의 X선회절강도를 나타낸다.)
- 석회질 원료와 규산질 원료와 섬유로 이루어지며, 석회질 원료와 규산질 원료의 배합비를 CaO/SiO2몰비로 0.6~0.9로 하고, 규산질 원료는 결정질 실리카와 비결정질 실리카로 이루어지며, 결정질 실리카와 비결정질 실리카의 비율을 비결정질 실리카/(결정질 실리카+비결정질 실리카)의 중량비로 0.2~0.8로 하고, 섬유는 내알칼리 유리섬유와 펄프로 이루어지며, 각가의 배합비를 2~10중량%로 한 것을 원료로 하여, 우선 석회전원료와 비결정질 실리카의 적어도 일부를 물과 혼합하여 50˚C이하의 슬러리로 하고, 이 슬러리를 80˚C의 온도로 가온하여 겔화하고, 여기서 얻어진 겔상태의 물질을 내알칼리 유리섬유를 포함하는 잔여의 원료와 함께 균일하게 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 압력3~30kgf/㎠으로 탈수성형하여 성형체로 하고, 이 성형체를 오토클레이브내에서 가열반응하고, 이것에 의해서 얻어지는 성형체를 분말 X선 회절하였을 때의 Ti/Qi비를 0.1~1.0으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 규산칼슘성형체의 제조방법.
