Abstract

프레스 성형은 상반부 혹은 하반부에 구비된 용융 수지통로를 열고 닫는 상기 반부의 금형 캐비티 측면 10~100㎜ 아래에 위치된 노즐을 갖는 금형을 이용하여 상기 상반부 및 상기 하반부 사이의 닫히지 않은 캐비티에 열가소성 수지를 공급하고 그 금형을 클램프하는 것에 의해 행해진다. 이렇게 하므로써, 성형 사이클의 짧은 경우에도 좋은 외관을 갖는 성형품을 제조할수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 상반부 혹은 하반부에 용융 수지통로를 구비하고, 상기 용융 수지통로를 열고 닫는 노즐의 선단부는 상기 반부의 캐비티 측면 10~100㎜ 아래에 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 프레스 성형용 금형.
  2. 제1항에 따른 금형을 이용하여 열가소성 수지를 용융 수지통로로부터 노즐을 통해 상반부와 하반부 사이의 닫히지 않는 캐비티에 공급하고, 용융 수지통로가 닫힌 상태후에 클램핑을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 프레스성형방법.
