변색된 멜라닌, 이의 제조 방법 및 이의 사용 방법

제1도는 5㎎/100㎖의 농도를 갖는 변색되지 않은 멜라닌 용액의 흡수 스펙트럼이다.
제2도는 제1도의 변색되지 않은 멜라닌 용액의 흡수 스펙트럼과, 20분동안 0.2NH4OH 내의 1중량%의 H2O2에 노출시킨 변색된 멜라닌 용액의 흡수 스펙트럼의 비교를 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 하기 (a)-(c)단계를 포함하는 멜라닌의 변색 방법: (a) 수성 매질내에서 상기 멜라닌을 산하제와 환원제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 변색제와 합하여 변색 반응을 개시하는 단계; (b) 상기 멜라닌이 소정의 색상이 된 후 변색 반응을 중단시키는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 멜라닌에서 변색제를 추출시키는 단계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변색 반응이 중단된 후, 약 10kD이하의 분자량을 갖는 멜라닌 분해 생성물을 분리시키는 단계를 부가로 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멜라닌을 알칼리 조건하의 수성 매질에 용해시키고, 과산화수소, 과망간산 칼륨, 차아염소산 나트륨, 과산화아세트산 및 과염소산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 산화제로 처리하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멜라닌을 중성 또는 약간 산성인 조건하의 수성 매질에 현탁시키고, 과산화수소. 과망간산 칼륨, 차아염소산나트륨, 과산화아세트산 및 과염소산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 산화제로 처리하는 방법.
  5. 자외선 흡수율이 거의 손실됨이 없이 소정의 색상을 갖도록 변색된 멜라닌.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 하기 (a)-(d) 단계로 제조된 멜라닌: (a) 수성 매질내에서 천연 멜라닌 또는 합성 멜라닌을 산화제와 환원제로 구성된 군으로부터 신택된 변색제와 합하여 변색 반응을 개시하는 단계; (b) 상기 멜라닌이 소정의 색상이 된 후 변색 반응을 중단시키는 단계; (c) 상기 멜라닌에서 변색제를 추출시키는 단계; 및 (d) 약 10kD이하의 분자량을 갖는 분해 생성물을 제거하는 단계.
  7. 자외선 흡수율이 거의 손실됨이 없이 소정의 색상을 갖도록 변색된, 중합체 입자에 혼입되어 있는 멜라닌을 포함하는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 멜라닌의 약 10kD이하의 분해 생성물이 거의 제거된 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 색상이 백색 또는 황갈색인 조성물.
  10. 제14항에 있어서, 하기 (a)-(d) 단계로 제조된 멜라닌의 조성물; (a) 수성 매질내에서 천연 멜라닌 또는 합성 멜라닌을 산화제와 환원제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 변색제와 합하여 변색 반응을 개시하는 단계; (b) 상기 멜라닌이 소정의 색상이 된 후 변색 반응을 중단시키는 단계; (c) 상기 멜라닌에서 변색제를 추출시키는 단계; 및 (d) 약 10kD이하의 분자량을 갖는 분해 생성물을 제거하는 단계.
