Abstract
본 발명은 가변장 부호 복호기에 관한 것으로, 일반적으로 입력 데이타 열의 구성은 Y와 C의 계수 및 매크로블록의 특성을 나타내는 코드들이 시간 분할 압축되어 있으므로 이 데이타들을 복호해야 되는 가변장 부호 복호기는 픽셀 클럭보다 더 빠른 속도로 동작되어야 한다.
그런데, 보통의HDTV의 픽셀 클럭은 60MHZ이상인데 이 속도 이상으로 처리하기 위한 소자들이 아직 가능하지 않으므로, 데이타 생성량을 슬라이스 단위로 조정하고 있는 엔코딩 알고리즘을 이용하여 DCT계수의 발생을 데이타를 1슬라이스분 저장해놓고 계수발생을 시작함으로써 저속의 가변장 복호처리가 가능하도록 구성한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명 가변장 부호 복호기의 구성도, 제2도는 제1도에서 코드의 길이에 따른 언팩커, 배럴 쉬프터, 언팩커 제어부의 출력 관계도.
Claims (1)
- 복호기의 시작점을 찾을 수 있도록 입력 데이타를 정렬 시켜주는 이니셜라이져(2)와, 엔코더측에서 생기는 지연 시간을 보정하는 버퍼(3)와, 32비트의 데이타 2개를 묶어서 출력하는 언팩커(4)와, 64비트의 입력에서 한번에 0~31비트를 쉬프트시키는 배럴 쉬프터(5)와, 가변장 부호의 길이에 쉬프트양을 누적시켜 가면서 필요에 따라 버퍼로 부터의 새로운 데이타를 상기 언팩커(4)에 입력시키는 언팩커제어부(7)와, 각각의 가변장 부호의 복호테이블을 가지고 있는 디코더(8~21)와, 각 가변장 길이를 가지고 있는 길이 디코더(13)와, DPCM으로 전송된 코드를 원래의 데이타로 바꾸어주는 MV계산부(14), YDC계산부(16)및 CDC계산부(17), RLC디코더(10)로 부터의 복호 데이타에서 나머지 부족한 블록데이타를 만들어 주는 엑스트라 런 레벨 발생기(15)와, DC계수와 AC계수를 서로 혼합시켜주는 멀티플렉서(21,22)와, 각각의 블록에 해당하는 데이타를 저장하는 버퍼(23~28)와, 상기 버퍼(23~28)의 데이타를 이동하여 이산 코싸인 변환 계수를 발생시키는 계수발생기(29~34)와, 프레임, 슬라이스, 매크로 블록단위로 데이타를 저장하는 버퍼(18~20)와, 이 복호동작을 시작하는 시점을 찾는 시작코드 디코더(35)와, 상기의 모든 복호동작을 제어하는 제어부(36)를 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변장부호 복호기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
