Abstract

본 발명은 회전기동시나 연속회전시에 미끄럼베어링면 사이에 액체금속윤활제를 확실하게 개재시킬 수 있고 베어링이 판손이 일어나지 않는 안정된 동압식 미끄럼베어링동작을 유지할 수 있는 회전양극형 X선관에 관한 것으로서, 미끄럼 베어링의 나선구멍(19a,19b)의 영역에 개구된 윤활제 통로(25) 또는 윤활제수용 오목부(31)를 형성하고 나선구멍의 영역에 윤활제가 확실하게 빠짐없이 고루 미치도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 양극타게트가 고정된 회전체와, 이 회전체에 동축상으로 끼워맞춰진 해당 회전체를 회전가능하게 유지하는 고정체와, 상기 회전체 및 고정체의 끼워맞춘부분에 설치된 나선구멍을 갖는 동압식 미끄럼베어링과, 상기 베어링에 공급되는 적어도 동작중에 액상인 금속윤활제를 구비하는 회전양극형 X선관에 있어서, 회전중심축상에 위치하는 상기 고정체 또는 회전체의 내부에 윤활제의 일부를 수용하는 윤활제수용실이 설치되고 또한 일단부가 상기 윤활제 수용실로 통하고 다른 단부가 상기 베어링의 나선구멍이 형성되어 있는 영역에 개구하는 적어도 한개의 윤활제통로가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전양극형 X선관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 동압식 미끄럼베어링의 나선구멍은 헤링본패턴이고 윤활제통로의 개구부는 적어도 한쪽편 패턴의 구멍이 있는 외단부근방에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전양극형 X선관.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 헤링본패턴의 나선구멍은 양측의 나선구멍의 길이가 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 회전양극형 X선관.
  4. 양극타게트가 고정된 회전체와, 이 회전체에 동축상에 끼워맞춰진 해당 회전체를 회전가능하게 유지하는 고정체와, 상기 회전체 및 고정체의 끼워 맞춘부분에 설치된 나선구멍을 갖는 동압식 미끄럼베어링과, 상기 베어링에 공급되는 적어도 동작중은 액상인 금속윤활제를 구비하는 회전양극형 X선관에 있어서, 상기 미끄럼베어링을 구성하는 회전체 및 고정체에 상기 미끄럼 베어링의 나선구멍이 형성되어 있는 영역에 개구됨과 동시에 내부에 윤활제가 수용되어 있는 적어도 한 개의 오목부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전양극형 X선관.
