Abstract

본 발명은 액체금속윤활제의 누출을 방지할 수 있고 안정된 베어링동작을 유지할 수 있는 회전양극형 X선관에 관한 것으로, 회전체 및 고정체베어링부에 충전한 액체금석윤활제의 량을 진공용기내 공간에 가장 가까운 나선홈미끄럼베어링부의 단부에서 내부나선홈을 포함하는 액체금속윤활제가 유동할수 있는 공간용적의 20%이상, 50%이하의 범위의 체적으로 한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 진공용기의 내측에 배치된 양극타겟트와, 이 양극타겟트가 고정된 회전체와, 이 회전체를 회전가능하게 지지하는 고정체와, 상기 회전체 및 고정체의 상호근접부의 일부에 설치된 나선홈 미끄럼 베어링부와, 이 미끄럼베어링부의 상기 나선홈을 포함하는 베어링간극에 충전된 액체금속윤활제를 구비하는 회전양극형 X선관에 있어서, 상기 액체금속윤활제의 충전량이 진공용기내 공간에 가장 가까운 나선홈 미끄럼베어링부의 단부로부터 내부의 나선홈을 포함하는 상기 액체 금속윤활제가 유동할수 있는 공간용적의 20%이상 50%이하의 범위의 체적인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전양극형 X선관.
