Abstract

고정장치(10)는 오목 중앙부(26)와, 적어도 한개의 리테이닝 러그(32) 및 체결수단(38)을 구비한 연장부(36)를 갖는 제1고정요소(24)와, 오목중앙부(50)와, 제1고정요소의 리테이닝 러그(32)를 수용하는 적어도 한개의 구멍을 갖는 리테이닝 러그(56) 및 제1고정요소의 체결수단과 협력하는 체결수단(66)을 구비하는 연장부(62)를 갖는 제2고정요소(48) 및 제1또는 제2고정요소와 일체를 이루며 지지부재(14)에 고정되도록 제공된 고정러그(72)를 포함한다.

제2도는 제1도에서 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ를 따라 취한 고정장치의 부분 파단 측면 단면도.
제3도는 제1도에 있는 장치의 제1고정요소를 확대하여 도시한 정면도.
제4도는 제1도에 있는 장치의 제2고정요소를 확대하여 도시한 정면도.

Claims (12)

  1. 적어도 한 연관식헤더와 튜브다발로 구성되는 종류의 열교환기를 지지부재 상에 고정되는 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는, 제1고정요소의 중앙부의 일단에 배치된 리테이닝 러그(retaining lug)(32; 132; 232;322)를 사용하여 헤더(header)(16)의 주변영역에 결합할수 있게 설치된 오목 중앙부(26; 126; 226; 326)와, 상기 중앙부의 타단에 배치되며 체결수단(36, 66; 138,166; 238,226; 365,339)을 지탱하는 연장부(36; 136; 236; 336)를 갖는 제1고정요소(24; 124; 224; 324)와 상기 헤더(16)의 대향 주변영역에 결합할수 있게 설치된 오목 중앙부(50; 150; 250; 350;)와, 상기 중앙부의 일단에 배치되며 상기 제1고정기구의 상기 리테이닝 러그를 수용하는 적어도 한개의 구멍(58; 158; 250; 350;)와, 상기 중앙부의 일단에 배치되며 상기 제1고정기구의 상기 리테이닝 러그를 수용하는 적어도 한개의 구멍(58; 158; 258; 358)을 구비하는 리테이닝 러그(56; 156; 256; 356)와, 상기 중앙부의 타단에 배치되어 상기 제1고정요소의 체결수단과 협력하도록 설치한 체결요소(66; 166; 266; 366)를 지탱함으로써, 상기 제1및 제2고정요소의 각 연장부를 서로 근접하게 유지하는 연장부(62; 162; 262; 362)를 갖는 제2고정요소(48, 148, 248, 348)와, 상기 제1고정요소 및/또는 제2고정요소와 일체로 형성되어, 상기 지지부재(14)와 결합하도록 설치된 고정러그(72; 172; 272; 372)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정러그(72)는 제2고정요소(48)의 리테이닝 러그(56)의 연장부인 것을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고정러그(72)는 상기 지지부재(78)의 구멍(86)내에 가압-결합되도록 제공된 텅(tongue)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정러그(172)는 상기 제2고정요소(148)의 상기 중앙부(150) 및 연장부(162)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고정러그(172)는 다른 열교환기(74)의 헤더(78)와 헤더(78)와 일체인 것을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고정러그(272)는 크랭크형 텅(cranked tongue)의 형상으로, 나사와 너트조립체(297,298)를 사용하여 상기 지지부재상에 상기 텅을 결합하는 구멍(295)을 가지며, 상기 지지부재는 가령 다른 열교환기(74)의 단면부재(90)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
  7. 상기 기재항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 체결수단은 동축구멍을 가지며 상기 제1또는 제2고정요소의 연장부(36; 136; 236)에 부착되는 적어도 한개의 보스(38; 138; 238)로 구성되어, 상기 제1 또는 제2고정요소의 연장부(62; 162; 262)를 통과해 연장하는 나사(66; 166; 266)와 함께 대응하는 보스의 동축구멍에서 결합할수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
  8. 상기 기재항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1고정요소의 연장부(36; 136; 236)와 상기 제2고정요소의 연장부(62; 162; 262)는 서로 면하는 관계를 이루는 내부면과 함게, 상기 내면으로부터 돌출되어 열교환기의 인접튜브(18)사이로 안내되도록 배치된 적어도 한개의 받침대(46, 70;146, 170;246, 270)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1고정요소(324)의 연장부(336)는 너트(339)를 구비하며 상기 지지부재의 돌출 플랜지(94)상에 결합되도록 제공된 2중 굽힘러그(372)를 포함하며, 상기 제2고정요소(348)의 연장부(362)는 만곡되어 상기 2중 굽힘러그의 맞물릴수 있게 제공된 크랭크형 러그를 형성하며, 상기 체결수단은 상기 크랭크형 러그 및 2중 굽힘러그를 연속 통과해 연장되어 상기 너트(339)와 결합되도록 배치된 나사(365)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
  10. 상기 기재항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 리테이닝 러그(32)는 보스(34)와 함께 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
  11. 상기 기재항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각 고정요소는 플라스틱재로 주형가공하여 재조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
